Quality Inn Columbia Mall

The breakfaset was good, the waffel mix was runny and they did not cook all the way, but it was still good all around. The coffee did not taste very well, I tried several and it was very watered down. The hot tub was closed for repair. I requested a first floor room due to knee issues and there being no elevator. We did not get a first floor room.

It was okay. Free breakfast wasn’t restocked and both mornings I don’t get anything better than a few eggs and a sausage. Biscuits and gravy were not stocked either morning, though I could tell it had been at some point because the mess was there. Also the cold water in the bathroom only went more than a trickle. Also the shelf above the toilet was coming off the wall.

Comfortable, like the larger fridge, didn't like the weather that day but that's not the fault of the hotel ?!! Over all it was fine! Not exactly a place you see from the main roads, but that can be a good thing!

Nothing Room was not clean. Bathroom sink was clogged. Hair in shower and in toilet. Mold under sink in vanity. Cover off a/c unit fell off during the night. The room should have been comped.

It was small and cozy

Great breakfast, staff was kind and welcoming. Quiet rooms and slept very well. A little disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. The TV cable box would randomly disconnect, and we would have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work.

Location was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were flat. Very happy with the room and hotel. One thing was missing - an elevator. This was a bit of a challenge for my 70's mother we had with to climb the stairs after our day of adventuring. Hotel gets a solid "B" - accommodations were good for the price we paid, just missing the elevator which would have helped my mom.

Room was comfortable and well maintained. We could not get the tv to work. Problem with the cable connection.
