Excellent place to be with your family

Only one thing. Bathroom fan didn’t work well. Otherwise everything was great!

Close to all amenities. Sheets were very soft. Just a great hotel

Staff were friendly, bed was comfy. breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast was perfect to start the day. Staff was kind, room clean, quiet. All of us enjoyed the stay.

No WiFi as advertised. When called front desk, they made me call a 1-866 number for help. And I still didn’t get.

walls are stained safety is a concern, there was a man out front, shirt and shoes off, staining some wood.drnking a beer, smoking a cigarette

Our stay were neutral. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The place was clean but dated. The headboard from my inlaws' room broke. I informed the front desk and they were move to a new room. Conventienly located though. The breakfast was good, however not much variety.

We stayed here 2 separate occasions and both had great experiences. The rooms were always clean, all the amenities and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s also close to many restaurants and stores so you don’t have to drive far. Highly recommend!

The property is very clean and bright, close to everything, good breakfast

Our air conditioning didn’t work well, I went and told the staff that was on, it was 1030 at night and she said oh do you want to move rooms? I was looking for a discount as we were leaving in the morning . Then our smoke detector went off and smoke in our room, and all she said was oh turn it off and turn it back on that should fix it. There was also a beeping going on in the mechanical room by the pool and the jets weren’t working . It was ok, expensive for what we got .

The location was great - within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The receptionist at check-in was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good with a variety of options (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, yogurts, breads). The beds were too soft for us. The a/c switched on and off throughout the night - we prefer a constant noise but at least the a/c worked.

Everything about this hotel is just ok. Not bad. Not good.

Location was good; close to shopping. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast and coffee was good! Pool area looked nice! Close to Texas Roadhouse!! Hotel is dated ... bathrooms are nothing to write home about. Husband was hoping for biscuits and gravy on the breakfast buffet, but was sadly disappointed to not find any ... wife was ok with that!
