It was close to what we came for The price was a little high for the quality. It was OK as far as cleanliness and breakfast. We had very noisy neighbors that spoiled one night. Not hotels fault lots of sport kids that were not very well supervised

The room phone didn’t work. There was some machinery behind the bathroom wall that was particularly noisy. Had to close bathroom door at night to shut out the noise.

We took our pup here with us and it was fantastic. It was so clean and has its own dog run to accommodate our fuzzy friends. The staff are amazing so helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast was supreme! We had our pet cat and they were very welcoming to pets. Rooms were beautiful and quiet! Comfortable beds! Location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping facilities! Pool and hot tub were clean and very nice! Our room card often stopped working so we had to get it reset quite a bit. But the staff were very friendly and fixed it quickly for us every time.

Dingy! Carpet torn, carpets stained all over. Dusty. Rusty light fixtures. No screens on windows!

The front desk staff, especially checking in, was super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here if we're visiting Grand Forks again.

Decent continental breakfast – thank you for the eggs! Really liked the accessibility in the building & that it wasn’t right next to the freeway. The guest staying either above us or next to us woke us up at 6 AM – that says more about the guest than Best Western. We arrived late the night before to attend a funeral, so we really could’ve used the extra two hours of sleep.
