Very helpful staff rooms were very clean whole experience was very nice.

It was awesome. Clean, awesome showers, and comfy bedding. Aesthetic was cool. Will be our regular spot when we pass thru for sure.

Valet parking forgot to valet rental and rental was towed. Had to pay $220.00 to city to release vehicle.

Enjoyed our time here. Room was clean and the staff were great. The shower was amazing! Best part of the room!

Very nice hotel in a cool town

Had a great time at Canopy Hilton. Room was nice, bed was better. Roof top bar and grill is a must stop in.

The hotel was in excellent condition. All the amenities were great.

Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance right down the street from one of the main areas of the city. Really good spot.

Our room did not have a properly functioning thermostat. It was a warm night. The valet service was slow. The rooftop bar was very nice.

Very close to where we were going. The restaurant wait staff in the lobby area was not very attentive

Love the location, the staff and the amenities. The bar on the roof was great though the kitchen was closed that night. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was also fantastic! The hot water was barely a trickle in the sink but worked fine in the shower. The sibk drain also was very slow. We informed them at checkout and they assured us it it would be fixed. If we had asked during our stay, I'm sure they would have fixed it. It was only a minor inconvenience for the time we spent there.

Perfect location to downtown and the amphitheater.

A little too much city noise on Saturday night, but town was hopping.

We arrived at check in time and was told we had to wait for our king room to be finished cleaning. I think we waited 10 minutes no problem we understood. Then when we got to our room there was a terrible odor. Than there were no fitted sheets on the bed it was a flat sheet that had stains all over it. Luckily we brought or own. The staff was friendly but if our keys would not work to get in after closing the front desk attendants would not even help us. Also the instructions to use the elevator with our keys were very vague and we had to end up taking the stairs a few times because the elevator would not read our keys.
