The lady in the office was very nice. The AC is cold. The room smells bad, i found a cockroach in the living room area, the bathroom room is not clean there’s webs and spiders, the toilet was very close to the wall, smells like urine on the side of the bed.

Clean, spacious, cheap Charged $150 for damage I did not cause (broke bathroom door). I arrived near midnight, slept, and checked out. Tried talking to the owner to explain that I did not break anything and was basically told they know I did it and was hung up on. Had to contact booking to initiate a claim/refund.

location was awesome for travelling to Hershey (our purpose) and extremely affordable. The room was clean and the owner was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return here for future excursions in the area.

Room was spacious and nice, I quite liked it actually. It felt homey They charged my card again at the property after I already paid online. The day after my stay when I noticed, I contacted them, but it took them a few days to respond. They claimed they verified on their end that they did not charge my card and referred to the receipt for proof. Had they actually verified, they'd have seen they did charge my card as I had said and the # is right there on the receipt, but luckily I had the receipt still and my bank screenshot of the charge. They eventually did refund it after a few days. Overall, rooms were great really. Service was nonexistent, barely spoke english, odd smell in lobby. Ultimately I feel like they tried to scam me, but I was paying attention. I was a property manager for a few years and would love their job again, but its all given to foreigners now so just watch out and don't expect much.
