Given a ground floor room, smelling. Given spray to spray in the rooms. I think it was one of the rooms they use for dog owners. Terrible experience
-
My only problem was that the hotel had an odd smell my family would stay here years ago and the smell was much fresher

From clean room and to free breakfast, could’ve ask for any better. I grew up going to this hotel and it’s still nice to see how kept up it is. Next time I’ll visit Hershey, I’ll be staying here again.

Great location to Hershey park Staff was not friendly and didn't even talk to me during the check in process. No time listed for breakfast.Tiny pillows. Not enough towels and washcloths for the amount of people listed. Removed waterslide and basketball court.

Breakfast was okay Staff was friendly The bathroom sink is as clogged and there was no fan in there either. Our code wouldn’t work for the television. We kept getting knocked off the WiFi.

Needed to be updated, good location for visiting Hersey

Told a male member of staff shortly after our arrival that the bathroom sink drain was backing up. He told me that he would give me a small plunger when we returned from our dinner. In other words, he wanted me to fix it myself. What nerve. Breakfast was just okay.

The staff was super friendly, and my kids really enjoyed the game room!

WIFI WAS CONFUSING. WE WERE NOT GIVEN ANY INFORMATION REGARDING HOW TO USE IT EITHER. THE ROOM WAS OK, BUT FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID, SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT.

Just a bit dated with older tvs etc. But amenities were nice, staff was great and hotel was clean. Would recommend.

The place has a nursing home type feel to it. Sounds bad, however for the price this place is a steal. The rooms are well maintained, not posh level stuff, but clean for sure. There is a pool, a game room, the rooms have some dishes and coffee pot. Sheetz is directly across the street. Free breakfast!!!! All in all was a good getaway, no complaints.

Not clean, no remote for tv, cockroach in kitchen, it was dead but still!! Yuck! Beds were uncomfortable..

The place has not been touched since 1970. Our shower sprayed all over and clearly had been an issue for a long time...evidenced by the water marks on the floor and door. The room stunk like mildew!!!!

The staff was about the only thing good about the stay Air conditioning didn’t work, there were stains on the bed and linens, phone didn’t work, pool was cloudy. There was what looked like blood or maybe dried ketchup on the walls and lamps. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, the bathroom door looked like it was falling apart. I have more pictures to share but this will only let me upload 4.

I appreciated how the property is right off the highway. This made it very efficient to reach the surrounding areas and points of interest I wanted to visit during my stay. The primary reason for my visit was the attractions in Hershey, and this hotel is a quick 15-minute drive away from there. I saved so much money by staying here, a little outside of Hershey, rather than in Hershey proper. A fantastic option if you have a car! I also liked how long the breakfast hours were. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and I was able to make my dinners very easily there. There was a lingering smell of weed in the room, which was unfortunate, and I was surprised there were no USB ports on any of the outlets or the lamps. USB ports are pretty standard in equivalent accommodations today, and I was counting on some being there. Had I known this was the case, I would have packed my electronics a little differently. The folding closet door was off its track, and overall, the room and bathroom shows its age. However, if you are looking for a place to crash and don't plan to spend much time in your room, this does the trick.
