Anthony at the front desk was was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. You can see they are trying to improve but for a one night stay was perfect. The lobby was very small and in the evening after our event as a family we wanted to gather together to talk and laugh. Sadly we had to stop at 10 due to quiet hours. There were to many of us to go to a room.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. 20min away from Hershey Park. Had a full breakfast.

Bed was sunken in and very uncomfortable. Took the kids to the pool and went to Leave at 8:15pm ( pool closes at 10pm) man stopped them in the hall and asked for their towels so he could start a load of laundry… when said they would be freezing he told them they can run up and get under the covers. Pancake maker was broken in the morning. Arcade ate up our money on certain games as well as others around us. Lots of little things broken or missing like the sink stopper ect. Guess you get what you pay for

Every thing else! Room nerds thorough dusting and cleaning, rug going in to the bathroom was soaked the ceiling had serious cracks and water damage and the pillows are to small for the pillow cases.

We ended up arriving very late after being stuck in traffic in New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York. I tried to communicate that through the app. And called the hotel and had to leave a voicemail. The room we reserved was given away. But they did get us a room to accommodate the five of us. But our fridge in our suite didn't work. And the extra blanket had a huge stain on the blanket. And the machines in the laundry room were not working. If you are needing certain amenities I would confirm that they actually have them before reserving your stay.
