Just fine

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tidy, very clean hotel. Staff always available. Great location. Spacious rooms. Close to everything and easy access. Loved the snacks and drinks available at all hours in the mini market. Breakfast was great. Plenty of well lit parking. Pets were not annoying at all. Loved the super cold AC!

This was our first time at a Tru hotel and we were very happy with our experience. We would definitely stay at a tru hotel again. There wasn't anything we would complain about. Hotel was clean and staff very nice and accommodating.

The room was clean and organized. I recommend this hotel since it’s well maintained and it’s close to Hershey park making it convenient for those planning to travel there.

Ok hotel

Overall, a convenient option for families. The staff is very responsive and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well-stocked. Decent warm breakfast. We appreciated the 24/7 coffee/tea bar and common space with lounge chairs and games. Located about 15 minutes from Hershey Park, the hotel was in a quiet area.

horrendous establishment. Had no use of my second room until granted access at 11:20 at night. Mismanaged and poor attitude staff. Truly not sure how these people have jobs in hospitality. Never staying here or a Hilton

The room was not cleaned (short staffed) but the front desk readily gave us clean towels and an apology. The shower floor was very slippery with a few errant pieces of rough tape place haphazardly in the floor. Front desk suggested we put a towel on the floor for safety. The rate of the room is great and I appreciated that, but the airco vent was right next to the desk which made using the desk uncomfortable with cold air blowing on you. Generally, the room was too small for us to comfortably move around. The bedding and pillows were lovely, the breakfast options were just fine and lovely that this is included in the affordable rate.

It was comfortable, clean and close to the Hershey Arena. My husband reacted to whatever cleaning products were being used. Not sure how to correct that issue. Breakfast was good. Good coffee, tea and chocolate available 24/7 and that area was very clean. Easy on/off to rte 81 ample parking.

Sooooo... I decided that I have outgrown the Tru hotels, by no fault of their own. It literally felt like I was walking into a dorm room. The room was SO small with zero frills. Cords hanging out and everything was just not it. The bedding isn't soft. It was clean and all of that and the staff was nice, so that was good. The breakfast was meh. Some kids felt like coughing all over it, so that was a bonus ha ha We ended up at the gas station across the street. So, over all the place was good, I just moved on.

This property has an every other day cleaning schedule. Asked to have my room cleaned and was told it would be taken care of. I returned from Hersheypark to dirty room and wet towels. I had to empty trash and get towels and make beds. Nit what I exoected when i book the Hilton brand.

Easy to access from highway, friendly staff, breakfast was great. Room clean and comfortable, great shower, we liked the space in the room.

The property and room were very clean, bright and inviting! We loved all of the bright colors signage. The room was very compact but the bed was very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay for an overnight trip.

Complex, amenities and room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options. I’d definitely stay there again.
