Breakfast was great

The thing that bothered me the most was that I checked out a day earlier and was not issued a refund. 2 phone calls in and still no refund.

Room was clean, staff was super helpful. Breakfast was simple but good overall.

The hotel was undergoing major renovation but was still great, would stay again and I'm sure when renovations are done will be even better. The room was very clean. I stayed during an unprecedented heat wave and the AC worked so well I was cold in my room. 😂 Will stay again if I return to Grantville.

The Hampton Inn sign is not visible from the road. It needs to be larger or higher

They were renovating while we were there so there were tools and materials everywhere. The pool was also closed for renovations and we weren’t aware of any of this when booking .

Overall no complaints about the hotel, especially as they are in the middle of a renovation.

wonderful staff!! The hotel was under construction, so not m any amenities were available, but everyone was very friendly and did their best to ensure we had a pleasant stay

However, the location is suburb for concerts at the Hollywood Casino at Penn National, Grantville PA and the GIANT Center, Hershey

The television was slow to switch between channels and there was not a channel guide available to make that better. We left a hair dryer, and while the staff member was willing to help with shipping it to us, she seemed to be a little put off about it.

We booked a suite and arrived to find the AC wasn't working when it was 85 outside and they downgraded us to a double queen room with no refund or anything off. Also the place was filthy and the breakfast was not very good.

The bathroom floor was dirty; nothing on the wall to hold the toilet paper; no area for toiletries. Front staff was friendly but not helpful.

It's fine, but half the hotel is under construction and there are doors open to rooms where guests can see were demo'd and not redone yet. The pool is not well kept at all, it's old and gross. The breakfast is pretty bad too.
