The property looks like it could use a refresh. It waa ok for a one night stay.

Unfortunately this hotel is not as advertised. The pictures of the rooms are not comparable to what we stayed in. I regret not taking pictures of our room and the surrounding property. First our AC didn’t work during the July 4th heatwave. 85 degrees by the morning. Because of the heat our toilet was sweating which caused our bathroom floor to be a hazard. There were bugs on the floor and in the garbage can. We did not partake in the breakfast options because we were bothered by everything else we saw and just wanted to leave. The third floor of the hotel are residence rooms. The back parking lot had broken down cars and other cars full of garbage. And worst of all the staff was particularly rude. I was told a manager would be in, so we waited in the heat to speak to him. The next person, who wouldn’t even look up at me, told us that he had already come and left and was only willing to give us a partial refund. We did end up receiving a refund for 2 of 3 nights but I do feel that we should have been refunded the full amount given the state of our room and the property.

Ac in rooms didn’t work, switched rooms 3 times it was 85 degrees in the room, 3rd room ac worked but entry door wouldn’t shut and lock properly, we wouldn’t stay there again

The breakfast was a joke. Cereal juice. Coffee. Wheat bread on display. No muffins nothing else. Except pancake maker. In vending area nothing but large bag of rock salt.
-
Bathroom wasn’t fully clean. Everything else was fine for a night.

Parking was easy, but did not feel safe. The facility looked nothing remotely close to what was shown by the online photos. We were supposed to have two beds, and only had one. The place was clean, but older, run down, and much more like a “motel” feel, not something I wanted my children at. I was extremely unsatisfied because it felt like we overpaid by at least $150. If the price was half of what we were charged it would have made sense. The promoted room was over marketed and under delivered.

Dirty and not well-maintained. You need to do better.

It’s just a junk yard! Don’t waste your money.

The room was not inviting and looked worn and desperately needed updating . There were at least 3 areas of the ceiling that had patches of peeling textured paint exposing the drywall. Several pieces of peeling paint fell from the ceiling onto the foot of the bed while we were sleeping. The whole ceiling needed to be redone. The small table next to dresser had many marks and gashes on the table surface. The bathroom vanity faucet was very worn and really should have been replaced. The shower fixture in bathtub had pulled away from wall and could be moved back & forth. The bathtub drain was the pop-up type but would not open wide enough to drain the water that accumulated in tub when shower was being used. The air conditioning unit below the window was extremely noisy & made a loud vibrating/banging sound when a/c would cycle on. Finally, the land line phone would frequently have a static sound & busy signal (especially during the night) even though the phone receiver was firmly in place on the main phone unit. The above conditions were all unacceptable. Our room should not have been made available to guests until the above issues had been addressed. We got very little sleep and had one of our worst lodging expereriences given that we paid $400 for 2 nights.

Parking is adequate and there is bright sunlight right outside your room doors in the morning if you are about these things. The owner is present on the property to answer any questions and assist as needed. It is also 15 mins from Hershey's attractions so an ideal place to crash at after spending the day at the theme park.

The room was clean but falling apart. TV didn’t work. Cable wires just hanging out of the wall. Room seemed to not be remodeled since 1979. Normally I like vintage. Not a great room. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was poorly portrayed. It’s actually a MOTEL not a hotel. It looked nothing like the pictures and there was NO pool even though it shows one. It definitely is a LOW budget hotel. The price was way too high considering all of this . Definitely disappointing! However, that’s said it was clean and the bed was comfortable!

Just a room with a bed nothing fancy but sometimes that’s all you need. Shower didn’t drain though

A little outdated, but clean and the staff are very helpful.

Had a shower with no hot water and a leaking toilet. Front desk called for maintainer to make repairs. They did not switch my room, offer a rebate or show any empathy. Told me no rooms available and since booked through third party I was out of luck. Call expedia was their answer.
