Staff was so nice !!

Rooms and amenities were adequate for our one- night stay

Property and room not to "clean" everytime we went out "room key" got deactivated front desk kinda nice every time asked for something like "reactivating" key was like it was an inconvenience Property was a little "scary" like being in the woods in a horror movie no one really staying there only a few people

The room was clean. We asked for conjoining rooms and were told that they had none available. The other guests in nearby rooms were so loud. The tub in the bathroom was backing up.

We stayed after a Med Procedure. It was restful, clean, and convenient.

Nice breakfast and clean lobby. Nice staff. Bed was comfortable Bathroom was not clean. Smelled very musty in the room. Almost like a smell of someone smoking.

Room was a moldy mess. Carpet looked like the room had flooded and smelled like pee. You could see where a leak had happened and the bathroom wall was patched. They didn’t even bother painting over. WiFi was down for two days. Do not stay here!

Property is not as described. This is a motel, not a hotel. Poorly kept, smelled of pot. No tv no internet. We didn’t stay.

its a place to stay convenient to the interstate, has what you need to rest before continuing your trip on the highway.

Carped has Juice stained bad tub has burn marks also drains go down so slow everything was horrible never again

The room is not What's pictured. They must have had a wonderful photographer. The property gives you and uneasy feeling there are many people that live there just hanging out. It seems to be more of a place for makeshift housing. The bed was comfortable and the TV was easy to use. Seems to be better suited for temporary housing.

We could not turn off the tv or lower the volume. All we could do was change the channel. We actually had to unplug the tv to turn it off. We did finally call for a new remote that turned on and off the tv but we had to use the original remote to change the channels. When I called the front desk I could not hear them because the plug into the telephone was broken and would not stay plugged in. The toilet would run constantly unless we took off the lid and adjusted the flapper. The rest if our stay was fine.

Room wasn't as advertised, dirty, tv didn't work on arrival. Woke up to roaches running around. Didn't even stay a full day, left at two in the morning.

Yeah, the first room they put us in wasn't the room we booked and it had roaches and the second room. Which is supposed to be handicapped accessible, is in fact not. With SEVERAL ADA Violations. And they refused to comply with the law.

We were unable to stay in the room and left for another hotel. I can’t describe how bad the condition of the room was and how much the staff did not care. Do not stay here!
