Hilton Garden Inn DFW North Grapevine

Very clean and close to the airport

Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet atmosphere and staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall, my stay was good.

This was a quick stay with kids. We had two queen beds. The room was clean with professional bed-making. The front desk gave great customer service. The pool was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was available for an extra price.

Convenient to the airport.

Property and my rooms were clean and nice. The first night I was in a room with crazy loud AC. I called the desk but they said no maintenance was there and they were full. I told him no worries if they could fix it or move me to a different room that would be great. The problem I had was every time I talked to someone at the desk they didn’t know anything about the issue. No one had made any notes or passed along any of the information so every time I talk to someone, we were starting over from Ground Zero with nothing being done in the process. All in all, not a bad stay, but certainly not what I’m used to at the Hilton.

Clean Breakfast was expensive but good We left my husband's medicine in the room refrigerator. We called the hotel, they said they would get with housekeeping and call me back the next morning. 2 weeks later I am still waiting to hear from them.
