No uniqueness about you get what you pay for. Breakfast was the same old thing with the exception of missing egg dishes and meat. It seemed like it was the bare minimum of everything.

airport shuttle bus was a big hit for me. very convenience to get to the hotel and back to the airport. the staff was very supporter. i will stay in this hotel again. thank you for all your help.

Exceptional

Wi-Fi was hard to get. Nice pool but didn’t know it was there til departure time. Used towels scattered about.

Booked it after my flight was delayed a day. Shampoo was empty, very disappointing, im not going to get out of the middle of my shower to call them to bring shampoo, it shouldve been filled. Was told coffee is available 24/7, got up at 4am for coffee, the creamer was insanely thick, ticker than honey. I took a picture and will include it. I asked the staff for a new creamer bottle even though it wasnt expired yet and showed him & he noticed it did not look right. He went to get a new one but said he couldnt help me because he couldnt open the bottle and that i could wait until breakfast was served in 2-3 hours for the lady to open it..my flight was in 2 hours so obviously wasnt going to wait. Not to sound picky but thats the least they could do is have good coffee available. Lastly, the smell is outrageous. It smells like armits in the lobby, elevators & the halls. The room smell isnt AS bad but still has lingering smells. I always have great reviewd but this one was a hard stay. The lady staff were nice, but I would not come here again.
