Very good

The property looked rundown on the outside. The plants in the front are dead. The signage is not all lit up. The elevator kept getting stuck. The towels at the pool were tiny. The pool needed to be vacuumed. The breakfast was fine. The coffee was good. Staff not very friendly.

The bed was comfortable and the room service I was told that I could ask for a late check out the night before I left meaning so when I had to check out instead of 11:00 am it would be 1:00 pm just to be told the lady at the front desk didn’t put in my membership id mind you that I have stayed at plenty of hotels and was able to do a late check out never was asked about my membership then when I arrived there the lady wasn’t at the desk she was in the chair half sleep I had got there around 5-6 pm

Always a good stay when I'm in Grapevine.only issue was towels had black stains.breakfast was good the biscuits and gravy were very good.love the warm cookies in the afternoon

While say wait a minute to the cleaning lady she still just came in and fought with me when I asked her to get out and we didn’t need new towels and almost a month after I have checked my incidental deposit still has not returned my account. It’s still pending

I like the location, close to the hotel Has a free shuttle for specific hours 9-12nn & 5-10pm Free coffee and tea all throughout my stay Cookies and cold water in the afternoon for guesrs Breakfast was decent. Wish they served bacon or changed the menu every now and then. Better lighting for the desk area to work on. Pillows were too soft and the mattress too. For rooms on the first floor, since windows are facing the parking area, wish there was a way to have the window drapes open without being seen from inside....

We stayed for one night as a layover, and the entire staff was wonderful. From the driver that picked us up to the night reception staff. Friendly, happy, and a pleasure to speak with.

I like the fact that you have shuttles to and from the airport, thank you! I would of gave 5 stars but the coffee maker was down.

House keeping was banging on the door at 0830 I yelled no, 0845 yelled no again, 0900 called the front desk and it stopped… irritating asf. Exposed wires by the elevator where an outlet or something goes. Crazy liability
