Hotel Vin, Grapevine, Autograph Collection

Everything Absolutely perfect place

Location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here in the past and love this hotel. It is comfortable while still feeling upscale. Staff is so friendly and helpful

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Easy, safe parking; effortless, welcoming check-in; clean, quiet, and well-appointed rooms; and so many choices of food and entertainment in and around the hotel. Looking forward to the next time!

Exquisite attention to detail and very upscale rooms. Quiet, clean, excellent coffee, elegant bathroom. I highly recommend the Bacchus restaurant—the cocktails and cuisine were superb—far superior to any other hotel restaurant.

Great hotel. Will be back.

Staff was very helpful, extremely nice and welcoming. Rooms, hallways, and lobby were very clean. Will stay again

Only disappointment was I thought I was getting a room with a garden tub and I did not.

Exceptional

Hotel is beautiful, great location and super friendly staff.

Such a fun hotel. Beautiful and original. The staff are excellent. You can tell they love their workplace and I felt very cared for. We always stay at Hotel Vin when visiting the family in Dallas.

The staff was so nice and kind. The room was so clean and comfortable. The price. Food was just ok.

The Vin is wonderful! It's a hip hotel conveniently located near DFW airport. The bar(s) are lively and the service and staff are amazing, from the time we checked in to the time we left! I will be back!

Great location for walking the local, historic area with lots of shops, artisans and more. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Clean, well appointed rooms. Highly recommended.

The style is beautiful and the hotel is extremely clean. Parking is a breeze, and valet is available. Customer service is wonderful and unpretentious, I enjoyed being greeted by Jacob in the hall on my way for my morning coffee! Location is top-notch that alone is a reason to stay here. Plenty of entertainment around, walking distance to the historic shops and next-door to the train station. Rooms are clean and the beds are actually comfortable. Food options are endless, without you even needing to leave the hotel. The adjacent food hall is next level convenience. Plus the hotel restaurant is good ! I’m not really big on reviews but this establishment 100% deserved it. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and showing me that customer service isn’t dead.

Good hotel, clean and staff was great. Just wish there was a shuttle to DFW (vs train)

A great place to stay with great food in the hotel and down the main street. Very convenient and excellent.

What a beautiful hotel with great amenities.

The service was superb the hotel management went out of their way for me. I am handicap. The beds very comfortable not hard the sheets good quality. There are hidden gems there highly recommend the Mangum speakeasy must try the short rib ragu pasta for dinner along with the olive oil cake and the 6 tier chocolate cake at the Bacchaus restaurant. During the weekend at the Hotel VIN it is definitely a party place for adults from the Harvest Hall to the rooftop DJ dance experience. The hotel I felt very safe and secure you could not reach the rooms unless you had a hotel room card to access the elevator to reach your room security cameras all over. Highly recommended a stay at Hotel Vin
