InTown Suites Extended Stay Greensboro NC - Airport

Clean rooms, no pests Front desk agent extremely rude, constantly harassing me via phone calls and putting DNR notices under my door that she was not allowed to do based on her position. Only gave 1 room key and charged $10 for an additional key or lockout when I mistakenly left my 1 key in the room. Agent lied about our interactions and fabricated false info and paperwork to try to get me DNR(DO NOT RENT)

Upon arrival, I found the overall cleanliness and condition of the property below my expectations. Due to these issues, I decided not to check in and stayed elsewhere. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

Room and property were clean. Everybody’s courteous. Convenient parking and plenty of spaces.

Location Stores are not close.

It was near my work place The housekeeping didn't do their jobs properly the floors were dirty and the rooms smelled like smoke.

No hair blower available

The staff throws you out instead of taking care of the problems.

The curtains,, were dark,, kept the room gloomy

The Queen suite is very comfortable. The furniture and appliances are a outdated but honestly it's a great value for the buck and the staff Schyler and Kiana are kind and very helpful! The way the doors are set up they slam when they close so we can get a little loud late at night.

I've not used the laundry services. Room is very clean, well maintained, well taken care of. Staff is has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I'm in a wheelchair with mobility issues and they've gone out of their way to help me. Highly recommended and I would stay here again anytime.

The Location was perfect and there were plenty of drawers plus bathroom shelves , so I was able to unpack all my medication and cosmetics with no problem. The first floor has blckout curtains, but opening them for natural light meant the interior was visible from the parking lot. some of the furniture appeared worn with visible stain. the furniture was not very comfortable and the AC unit was louder than ideal.

Was dirty, no filthy, run down beyond belief most getting hotel I have ever seen and when I said I wanted to leave early they said I could but they were keeping all the money as no refunds. If the town wasn't completely booked up because of a convention there I would have been gone in a heartbeat. See above

Rooms need to be remodeled

The ventilation made noise when running. The knob on the stove was loose and didn't work.
