InTown Suites Extended Stay Greensboro NC - Airport

It's okay but it wasn't close to any grocery store and the only thing ead a couple of restaurants and a gas station that's it the rooms was clean but the bed was broken they had to get me new bed frame that's dangerous they have to check those beds 🛌 before people come pay thst much for s broken bed naw I don't think so if you pay with a card and you get government do stay there they will put you out please make sure you have enough money it's a nice hotel it's that u have to watch out for the housekeeping because they will come in your room i don't like getting rooms at intown Suites because they don't work with you if you had paid them$1 ,800 if someone paying you that much you should work with them let them stay until they money comes the in two days or the next they will check out i think I wont fo that again because it's hard out here and you don't have anywhere to go and you have kids snd you new please be careful getting hotels out here or get the room for 32nights thst will give you a couple of days for your money comes on your card

I wish that in town suites corporation would recognize the seniors or pre-seniors that are visiting temporarily at your suites; I feel that would draw more valued customers in that age range. The mattresses seem a little worn or sunk in, but however, it was tolerable. The rooms are very clean. I didn’t see any pest the front lobby staff, even from my very first check-in. The young man was very, very professional and….going forth even up until now that the end keepers are very, professional very friendly and accommodating to me.

Me and my kids were left in a very bad space as far as having some where to stay bc the listing was inaccurate and was not accommodated by staff

Clean rooms, no pests Front desk agent extremely rude, constantly harassing me via phone calls and putting DNR notices under my door that she was not allowed to do based on her position. Only gave 1 room key and charged $10 for an additional key or lockout when I mistakenly left my 1 key in the room. Agent lied about our interactions and fabricated false info and paperwork to try to get me DNR(DO NOT RENT)

Upon arrival, I found the overall cleanliness and condition of the property below my expectations. Due to these issues, I decided not to check in and stayed elsewhere. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

It was near my work place The housekeeping didn't do their jobs properly the floors were dirty and the rooms smelled like smoke.
