I used this hotel for the first time. The building is clean, the staff is polite, but... The outdoor pool was closed for two days because of some maintenance—they should have given information on the website beforehand so everyone knew. Personally, I would have chosen another hotel because I was with kids and they wanted to use the indoor pool. My daughter left her towel, which she had received two days earlier from her coach. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff took this towel with the other towels for laundry even though it was marked with initials and had a different texture. After a few days, i.e., four, I still haven’t received any information, and the towel is probably 'lost'.

Bathroom is very small and do not recommend property for a long stay.

Quietly excellent

The hotel was clean and offered several amenities. The only issue I encountered was the shower pan was a bit dingy. I was do a thorough clean and sanitation when I stay in hotels. Even with me cleaning it was still dingy. I suggest either a restore or a replacement. Other than that it was a great stay.

Nice staff clean rooms

Ron the weekend manager gave the impression he was put out of asked for attention. When I called the front desk because the coffee service was not replenished after maid service, Ron’s first response was “well nobody is here to do that. Eventually someone did come with the necessary items, but he did not exhibit an attitude of whatever is necessary.

Rooms, were clean, facility was up to date, staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel had good amenities.

Close proximity to Piedmont Triad Airport, 5 minute drive to rental car return. Nice gym, only stayed one night, didn’t interact much with staff, easy check in, didn’t utilize the bar restaurant.
