I believe I will try to stay at a courtyard any chance I ever get because of my stay

The hotel is nice, not the top notch Marriott. Since they don't offer breakfast, they should at least have free coffee in the lounge. It's crazy to pay $10 a night for self-parking in their lot. We didn't see any sign of security around. Room was comfortable.

For a Marriott-the hotel was very old

Tiny bathrooms with less than great cleaning. Stained pillowcases and sheets. Air conditioning was cold. Glad I only was there to sleep for a few hours and not spend a lot of time there. I would not have stayed more than one night.

My sis and I only experienced one hiccup, the original room had various issues; however, the staff and manager on site at the time quickly resolved the problem by moving us to an adjacent room.

We were unaware we would be charged to park - in the hotel parking lot, not a garage, an open lot. Our room was not made up / cleaned after our first night - we were not asked if we wanted to skip that.

The room was clean and the property was well kept.

Great option to avoid downtown Greenville hotel prices. Convenient drive to Peace Center and great meals at Stax Omega next door.

Clean rooms, great staff

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They rushed over to help me in the door when my load was so large. I needed a vase for the flower bouquet I received from the function I attended and they provided that for me. I left my key card on the desk in my room and they immediately provided a new one without any criticism. I would stay there again.

It was an OK property. The rooms were very small and basically comfortable , the property was on the old side and needed sprucing up. Shower was ok but the toilet was old and very low. Breakfast was outrageously expensive.

I was so happy to find your lounge was open for food and drink until 9:30pm. The menu was extensive. And the cook was great and very nice to me.

Lie straight to your face. We checked in and found out there was no pool available and decided to change hotels because it was not made aware that the pool would be closed during the stay. The desk clerk said “ there’s no a hotel in the state of sc that has a pool open before Memorial Day” we moved to a hotel less than two miles away that had an outdoor pool open. Then because he was proved to be wrong he decided to try to charge me for a full night when we were there for less than an hour stating he could not resell the room. We touched nothing. When I received the charge for the room that couldn’t be resold it was not even the room we were in. I called the Monday after we left to get the charges refunded and still have not received a call back. Pitiful customer service , would not recommend.
