All staff members I encountered were very kind and helpful. I did feel like the common areas were kind of run down and need a good cleaning. Our room was spacious and clean overall clean, but the extra blanket and pillow bag was open and the items were dirty. The garbages out front were full the entirety of our stay, the elevators were kind of sketchy and the floors were always filthy and sticky in them. Breakfast had a nice variety but I was weary to eat because there just a feeling of uncleanliness to me. It wasn’t a terrible experience because like I said, the staff were very nice, but at this time, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel to all travelers. The room was exceptional. The staff very was very helpful. Breakfast was great also .

I loved that the room didn’t have carpet, just aa rug. That felt much cleaner. The room was clean. The fridge was good but there was no freezer part which we needed. The front desk staff & the breakfast prep staff were all extremely friendly and conversational. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Plenty of convenient parking. Thank you all so much!!

The only dislike I have the breakfast wasn't so good/there wasn't many options, but I would stay again.

Location to where we needed to be Installations smell horrible, room that was given to us was dirty when we walked in, just a very bad vibe as soon as you walk in.

Great stay

We checked in super late at night- the ladies at the front desk were so nice and accommodating to help me with a room so my daughter could stay in the room with us. They went above and beyond to accommodate, especially given it was almost 2am. Super clean, spacious rooms with comfy beds! Thank you.

We had a less than stellar stay at the Hyatt Place Greenville/Haywood. Upon check in, the room I'd booked was unavailable. They'd oversold and we were forced to sleep 5 people in a room made for 3 on the first night. The night was so uncomfortable that I asked the next morning of another room would be available. I was told absolutely yes, they had a room available like the one we'd booked. They apologized, and said we were supposed to be in room 220. So we packed all of our things back into our car and waited on the new room to be ready. I received a call telling us the room was ready! When we got back to the hotel, they'd already given our room away again! I paid entirely too much to be shuffled around and shoved in rooms too small for my family. We wont be staying again.

Location. Close to everything, food and entertainment. Our first morning, the gentleman who did breakfast was not very pleasant. That’s the only complaint.

Not much It was not very clean, staff was not helpful. The first night we got there our room had a leak all over the floor. We did not receive any offered to move or money back. Breakfast was not good and not clean.

The staff provided good service. The room was cleaned and comfortable. Enjoyed the all you can eat buffet.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your Hyatt location on Haywood Road in Greenville, South Carolina. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I typically expect from the Hyatt brand. One issue I encountered was a musty odor in the hallway carpeting, which created an unpleasant first impression when accessing my room. Additionally, the room door would stick when attempting to close, which was inconvenient and raised minor concerns about proper maintenance. The in-room dining experience was also disappointing. I ordered a burger, and the bread was hard while the meat was undercooked. I attempted to reheat it myself due to the lack of a microwave in the room, but the meal remained unsatisfactory. I ultimately discarded most of it after only a few bites. The most significant concern was the mattress. While it did not appear worn, it sank noticeably when in use, leading to considerable discomfort and back pain. As a result, I was unable to sleep in the bed and had to spend the night on the couch. Overall, this stay fell short in terms of comfort, food quality, and maintenance. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention so they can be addressed for future guests. I would appreciate your review of this experience and any response you may be able to provide.
