Comfort Inn Greenville - Haywood Mall

Definitely wasn't worth what I paid but i also know the morgan wallen concert was going on to elevate the price

Staff were all cold. Not the cleanest. Crazy price for the place. Had a death in the family and needed to leave a day early, they wouldn’t respond to the refund request. Wouldn’t recommend

Would stay here again….great staff, very nice people, great bed and shower…adequate breakfast…Greenville’s downtown is awesome…lots of bars and restaurants

I would not recommend this property at all. I stayed there because I would not get a refund.

We were traveling with our grandsons and needed connecting rooms. The hotel guaranteed them and made sure to follow up the day of to make sure we were aware that they had already been blocked for us. Breakfast was great and a combination of cold and hot items. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable of about the area. Would definitely come back.

Additional minor comments regarding the cleanliness and the overall building: Throughout the hotel, multiple floors were mismatching, including inside the elevator. There were no pictures in the halls or rooms and it did not feel inviting. I heard noises from other rooms playing loud music/loud talking. We had two staff members that were really nice and one who checked us in that was very short and not hospitable. We did have some positives, including the free breakfast, proximity to the Haywood Mall, the Zoo, and Downtown. The parking was accessible and easy to navigate. It is also off the street some so you don’t hear as much traffic noise or the interstate. Overall, it was an okay experience. Works well if you are on a budget.

Room was clean, staff was nice, carpeting in the walkway is dirty. Horrible gym

Need more improvement for a communication with Deaf people as easy something.

We spent a pleasant night. Parking was fine. Room clean and comfortable.

We had a nice breakfast before we headed back on the road.

A/c couldn’t have worked better a little stuffy in the room. The elliptical didn’t work in the fitness center.
