Hampton Inn Greenville/I-385 Haywood Mall

Typical Hampton Inn stay which is always nice BUT the TV system sucked. You had to scroll to find the channel you wanted and the first several were off the wall non mainstream streaming channels. To get to ESPN or cnn or anything like that, you had to start the scroll over. No numbers to punch to go to the channel You wanted to see.

We arrived early but they already had our room ready for us. Steven at the front desk was super-friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was good, too! Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located and pleasant staff. Share from the kitchen was the absolute best! Could do with a bit more cleaning. The carpet was very stained and looked like it had not been vacuumed. A lot of hair. Would be great if there were bags in the waste baskets as well.

Beautiful hotel and fresh and clean. One of the best. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good and the food area was immaculate! Highly recommended!

Property is very well ran and maintained. Staff very helpful and friendly. Don’t know how old the property is but room definitely looked new.

Location was convenient, just across from the mall and plenty of restaurants. Well lit parking and was safe.

Clean rooms nice staff would stay again it’s in a great area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice place felt safe

To enter the hotel, you have to go up Haywood rd, turn around and come back down! I didn't like that part bc of traffic ?

The property was very clean and looked nice. The room layout was cozy and the staff was friendly. I arrived very late for checkout ( 1:30am) and called ahead to tell them I would be late. They said that was fine and the lady who checked me in (Mary) was very kind.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was good.
