Quality Inn & Suites Greenville - Haywood Mall

DO NOT BOOK HERE. The staff is rude, unhelpful, the front desk is always unattended and the breakfast they serve is prison food at best.

Clean room,breakfast was amazing, area was close to areas needed to visit, great customer service,and lil one loved the pool.

Literally nothing, it was disgusting. It was absolutely disgusting, stains and hairs in and on the bed, mold on the toilet paper holder, everything in the room had stains and REEKED of smoke. We wasted $300+ on this hotel room because we didn’t even end up staying here it was so dirty.

Nothing There was a dried Loogie on the wall behind the door when we checked in and they said we would have to deal with it until housekeeping got there in the morning.

Didn’t even get to stay here bc the front desk workers are untrained and not helpful. Wouldn’t recommend. Do better

Nothing Nothing they were rude , false advertisement and refused to give any bit of a refund , didn’t have comforters sheets were dirty and bloody

The hotel is a little run down and the rooms smell funny. Comforters had holes from cigarettes and the hair dryers are old. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. Lots of people smoking weed on the premises. Would not recommend bringing children. Breakfast was good but wouldn’t even allow kids to get more juice after 9am. I’ve stayed at worse places though…

We left the sheets were dirty had black on them and pillow cases were disgusting. The floor has ants behind the beds . The tub was disgusting.

The third party contacted the hotel on a couple occasions to find a resolution and the hotel did not respond. Unbeknownst to me, third party cancelled my reservation after 1am while my children and I slept. I was woken up by a phone call that said we needed to leave the room because we cancelled and didn't pay for it (it was prepaid through 3rd party and refunded through 3rd party...Again, I was not aware of this because it happened in the middle of the night while we slept. I didn't see the email until after we were forced to leave). I told the women on the phone the 3rd party had been trying to call the property and find a resolution and they were supposed to be taking care of it. She told me she would call me back, and never did. Next thing I know a manager is at the door telling me we need to leave immediately or he would call the police on us. Remind you, I was just woken up and my children are still asleep. He had his phone out pretending he was about to call the police and told me some story about another family waiting to check in and needed the room. Which was clearly a lie, since the room was reserved to me and no one checks in at 9am. He did not care to hear my side of the story, that his property was at fault, or that we didn't even know any of this was happening as we were just woken from sleep. I am completely disgusted by the way they handled this.

Nice room that’s it just enjoyed the stay

Very comfortable our decontamination time staying in the hotel my husband works in the construction and we go and spend the weekend with him People beside our bedroom were smoking weed all the smell was going in our room, Also they went to sleep at midnight and they were up at 2:30 am making a lot of noise and babies crying, We couldn’t go back to sleep

Great full breakfast with a lot of options. Clean, quiet room with a very comfortable bed.

Very disappointed with the front desk staff. She literally so rude and helpless. Especially the women who works in night shift. She gave me a room which doesn’t have any sheets and pillow covers. Even though I had booked my reservation before 1 month for 1 king bed. She failed to give me the room and said that there is no vacancy.

Great location and great Staff I checked in to run 140 no air and they move me the next day to run 132 in the air was out there in that room and I called and reported both times and only thing that Staff could tell me is they can move me to another wrong at that point all the drive and everything I was just over it

One entrances & Exit. Clean. Quiet.

It was very basic and clean. Very good location. The breakfast was standard. No complaints. Good for the price!
