Key cards readers on 3 different rooms during a 2 night stay were mostly non working. These key cards worked perfectly to enter the property outside entrances. This will be my last use of la quinta.

Why you can't take breakfast to your room.

The breakfast was good. I was surprised that the floor ws still wet from being mopped when I checked in at 3. I was very frustrated that I wanted to buy some cheese from the refrigerated system when checking in and the lady up front would not add it to the bill, said it was self serve - I could not scan the item and she saw I was frustrated and did not offer to help - well - there you go that was bad.

Burn the carpet, get rid of the soiled couch in the room, patch the broken plaster, get rid of the cigarette smell

Our room had a very strong smell of mold, so we asked to be given a new room, which unfortunately had an even worse mold smell. The couch was very dirty and stained and we were unable to stay there. We had to book another hotel, this hotel did not refund us.

The quietness the big windows and the comfort and cleanleness. When first arriving the room was hot and bathroom smaller. We went to eat came back and still wasn't cool so had to pack up and switch rooms . Second room better but the TV was just having don't issues and was wobbly. But bigger bathroom

Found a cockroach first night and was unable to stay

Mostly the staff, everybody was nice and made sure that I was happy during my stay Washer and dryer don't work properly. Gym has been closed for quite some time.

Great value for nice accommodations. Convenient to local park I was visiting. Pool was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK about what to expect. Waffles are always good. I stay at La Quintas when possible as I know they provide good accommodations for a good price. Front desk staff was not very knowledgeable about the area. He was not aware of a local great seafood restaurant (Biminis) only steps away. He said there were no restaurants within walking distance. He was nice enough but not beaming with enthusiasm.
