The staff was nice & helpful!

Really bad experience

The lobby was very hot and not suited for enjoying breakfast in the morning due to the uncomfortable temperature but the room was clean and cool and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful! The hotel observes quiet hours from 10pm to 7am which was awesome to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep! The beds were comfortable and I actually had a sheet, blanket and comforter on the bed which was so much like home

Staff was accommadable.

My husband and I had the worst experience ever had at your hotel. We had bring driving north from Florida and were very tired. We checked into our room, changed into our pajamas and prepared to watch tv. The tv didn’t work. We tried to turn on the lamp next to our bed, it wouldn’t work. My husband opened the curtain and there was a large crack in the window. We called the front desk about our room. The guy said we could change rooms, because there was no one there fix the tv until morning. So we had to haul all of our bags to another room, even though we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. Breakfast bar in the morning was dirty and a mess.

Bed was very comfortable. Couch and pull out part weren’t great. Couch was very old and had a cover wrapped on it. When we arrived someone was smoking on our floor and it smelled terrible, staff took care of situation quickly and cleared the smell out. They were all great and helpful.

A nice reasonably priced hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. But, beware of the bathtub - despite it looking like it had slip protection on the floor, it wasn't good. I did slip and bang my knee on the side of the tub. Use the supplied rug in the shower!

This one was just ok.

The double beds are too small for two people to sleep in. The building and the rooms are very old.

The room was very clean and also the dining area.

Male staff at front desk were rude on night shift & cleaning ladies entered room when not requested.

The pool was closed due to a DHEC inspection. Breakfast had soggy eggs. First room had ripped curtains in it. We moved rooms second room the couch was filthy stained had cigarette musty smell. Someone was sleeping on a bench outside in the parking lot

Breakfast was available. WiFi was no charge. Room was neat and tidy. Slow elevator.

Location was great for where we were going and needed to be Construction work being done and didn’t know it until we arrived. Upon arrival main entrance was blocked and had to go all the way to get to the back side. Upon check in the room had the unit away from the wall so we asked for another one same thing in that room so we waited unit it was put back. Towels were dirty, covered in black hair, definitely need pest control as there were roaches

Shower pressure was a little weak

The corner rooms and location. Breakfast was good too . Sometimes very very late on 7th floor people were being loud and doors slamming but eventually stopped. Some lady hanging out in lobby was watching everyone and supposedly had a room on 2nd floor but was up on 7th floor and had her purse sitting on the elevator keeping the door open. She was strange and I felt hotel should not have allowed her to be doing what she was. Esp holding up the elevator and being on a floor not even get room floor to bother people. It was all just a little weird and uncomfortable.

Location, garden access Pool open till 8pm, what a joke, it was still bright and warm outside. Just remove the fact this hotel has a pool.
