Hilton Greenville

Food was awful and when they asked we told them but they did not do anything about it. I paid for $50 worth of food we didn’t eat.

I had a good stay, clean and friendly..

Staff was super nice and helpful all around - from the front desk to the bar to room service. Overall the place felt clean, but I’d encourage them to look into why the wall and ceiling around the room’s hvac vent looks oily and black. The view was great on the 8th floor!

Exceptional

The room wasn’t as clean as I’d like. There were wrappers on the floor and seemed poorly vacuumed. The carpet was kinda sticky all over. The bathtub had a film of chemicals but still had dirt and hair around it. Just need to do a bit better job cleaning between guests! Also the blankets could really be replaced they are very very old and thin. Makes for an uncomfortable bed. But besides that the overall stay was fine.

Compared to ahigh end more expensive hotel, well it's not a fair comparison. Value for price. Excellent.

The bathroom was disgusting: visibly filthy floors with brown dirt and grime buildup that are clearly never mopped (I tested several spots with a wet cloth), hair of various types everywhere, and pink mold around the tub/shower. I have photos. The bathroom door would not shut, latch, or lock. The linens smelled funky, moths were on the ceiling of my 6th-floor room, and the entire room felt dingy and gross. The in-room service phone had no dial tone and is literally from late 80s to early ’90s. The AC was loud and ineffective—it took 7.5 HOURS to go from 70° to 68°, and it still was not truly 68°. The entire hotel including the hallways were hot and sticky. There was also a wide gap around the hallway door that poured light into the room. Between the light, the roaring AC and extremely loud highway traffic, sleeping was nearly impossible even with earplugs. GREEDY management declined a refund despite receiving my complaints and photos. Disgusting conditions, misleading website photos, nonexistent upkeep (they’ll slap lipstick on a pig and take your money), and G R E E D Y, immature management. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY—DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Nice place to always stay.

They wanted to charge for breakfast even if its says free when I booked the room. Check in one hour late, room not ready

The rooms were nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly! It was a good property to stay in, if you didn’t want to spend $300-400 staying in downtown! If you have a car, then it’s great staying g here, and drive 10 mins to Main Street!

This the the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it is outstanding! Will stay here again next time I come to Greenville, SC

Nice people, convenient location. No pool. Fire alarm evacuation occurred, but no fire. Very traumatic.

The hotel clerk was very robotic and didn’t let me know of any amenities or greet me in a friendly way. I walked in the room to find all the drawers wide open.. The toilet seat was loose and the return vent would make a smacking noise every time the air came on. There was a soccer event and prosecutors was do crowded with obnoxious teenagers running down the hall. There was spoiled creamer with the coffee supplies in the room. I couldn’t wait to leave. Nobody asked how my stay was when I turned in the Keys - goodbye Greenville Hilton

Booking.com had me at the wrong place that had no vacancy and I had already paid so I didn't get there to the Hilton till late and I had to check out at 5:30 so I didn't even get to enjoy it didn't get no sleep and I almost wrecked I ran off the side of the road where I fell asleep the next morning and they still have not sent me my $91 back to my cash app from the difference of what the other room was I probably would have enjoyed that place but I didn't have time to enjoy that place and plus I had to pay way more than what I was at the other hotel and it hasn't been fixed yet by booking.com
