No elevator the staff was great. The rooms were nice. Try to get second floor it's actually literally like the first floor

Make sure you know that there are hours for the front desk staff. Was told that I had to check out with the paperwork to get my security deposit back. They open at 9 during the week and 10 on the weekends. The staff is outstanding, though!

No breakfast The rooms had roaches the key fob stopped working,there was drug activity all night people were going in and out all Thur the night and the hall ways were unprotected. There was no night person on duty. We brought our on sheets pillows towels. We cleaned the room before we stayed.

There were roaches in the room. The lights would not turn on in the morning. The stairs were filled with garbage. There were used socks in the middle of the hallway, the manager walked passed them and left them there, they were still in the middle of the hallway when I checked out. The entire building is filthy and probably a health risk.

I am very disappointed with the service. The bathroom light in my room was not working, and when I brought it to the front desk, they were unable to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they charged me a deposit that still hasn't been refunded. I would not recommend this place.

The Hotel was over booked and they locked down the front desk. Then the denied the Expedia Refund! Absolute Crooks run this place.

I do not know, because I never got into a room. Room was booked and confirmed. Then once reaching the location, they told us that they did not have anymore rooms left available and told us that we would have to found another hotel.

Office was closed, sign on the door stating they were booked.

The second room that I rented for my son and his wife and one year-old child they refuse to stay there rough looking place

The Expedia experience was a nightmare got to the hotel. The hotel said they don’t have no rooms available when I booked and paid for the room two weeks prior one of the rooms Expedia staff was able to get me another room at a different location after two hours finally got a room probably won’t do this no more

$569 per night in a two star hotel? It doesn’t matter how good it was. Desk person was nice and accommodating.

This hotel is a health code violation waiting to happen. There were roaches in the room, and when I went to the front desk to demand a refund, they completely refused to help. It is disgusting that they think it's acceptable to charge people to sleep in an infested room. Disreputable management and filthy property. You've been warned!
