Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Westbank/Gretna

Staff are really nice and smiling, the food was great! The hotel is also near the beautiful places we wanted to go to.

However, there was a maintenance gentleman on staff that went out his way to help me. I didn't get his name, but his attitude, smile, demeanor, and professionalism was very pleasing.

The location was suboptimal, being across the Mississippi River from the French Quarter, although by car it was only 12 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and professional. However the room furniture was worn with a noticeable foot long tear in the lounge chair. Overall the price was decent, and the hotel staff was excellent, but I would spend more to be closer to restaurants/bars that New Orleans is known for.

It was clean, neat and very friendly. I have nothing but good vibes about the property.

The rooms were clean. Had to be moved because of construction noise but it was nice even with the construction going on. Love the indoor pool. Outside sitting area could be cleaner and I wish they served breakfast. Overall friendly, helpful staffand new rooms are nice. Best stay I have had in awhile at a hotel.

The staff here are always so helpful and wonderful. The beds are comfortable. You get a peaceful sleep and the check in and out processes are smooth. Every time I'm in the area, I make it a point to stay here. I have yet to be disappointed by anything.

Centrally located to reason for vista easy access Hotel only offered continental breakfast. No restaurants within walking distance If the restaurant in the hotel was open for breakfast especially on the weekend

Truly one of the best experiences we have ever had with a hotel staff.

However upon arrival we found that the restaurant was closed. Disappointing but a blessing. We tried the "restaurant" again in the morning for breakfast. It is a bistro with very limited options. The woman working there acted surly when we had diffculty finding something to order. Otherwise the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was basic but met our needs. Reason for 4 stars was the bistro/restaurant. I would not stay there again as we found closer hotels to the port.

Elevator floors always sticky and dirty, just an obvious lack of effort to be excellent. So, i guess all normal if you want a normal mediocre lodging, knock yourself out.

Clean facility and kind staff. Everything was perfect; no complaints.
