Not enough parking not enough carts accessibility to roll cart to car when you can't park in front of hotel because there no ramp its hard to lift a heavy cart. poor water pressure low toilet bowl was horrible Icould not bend legs to set on toilet its so low. its for a kid the bed was squeaky and the rooms lighting is horrible the room is so dark the room felt dirty it smelled like a dog on the sofa the ottoman was sticky not to mention lousy TV channels we check out spent our 3rd night at another hotel I could not do another night there.Our other hotel was so much nicer and wasn't as expensive gave it a 5 star .

Clean room, excellent breakfast and staff was great....

The toilet in my room did not work at all, when I let the girl at the front desk know(she was actually sitting in a sofa watching tv and playing on her phone in the lobby) that the toilet in my room did not work, she said “maintenance has left for the day, he will be back in the morning, but I will let management know” never said, let me put you in another room or anything. Then when I checked with the night shift staff, as I ended up leaving at 3am, the other girl had never even passed on that the toilet did not work.

The rooms are really nice however they are fairly clean. I loved the full size refrigerator. The pool area was not well kept.

Everything was great and outstanding staff. The negative was the TV local channels were out. Wasn't able to watch the news in New Orleans

The fire/smoke alarm has a horrible strobe light going on all night in the bedroom. It kept me up. Not a goodnight sleep. Side door for my handicap sister to get closest to elevator would not work with my key (staff opened it for her). I had to walk all the way around a few times. Also No paper towels and very lightly set up.. very light on utensils etc This property does not appear to be very well maintained.. it’s a fairly new property.. you just can see the signs of not actively keeping up. I love Homewood and stay at these properties all over the country. I hope this one step up their game. It’s super convenient

Loved my stay here! It was clean, staff was very nice, and breakfast was great!

First there was no hot water like warm showers at best. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, still garbage, crumbs on carpet. Had to ask several times over two days to get a fourth bath towel. Maid service only comes every two days. Hotel in a good under from the French quarter. Your better finding a hotel closer and paying the parking fees.

Friendly greetings from staff, breakfast was 10/10 hands down, clean room, nice location to downtown, New orleans, beautiful light up view of the bridge.
