My stay was fine but the service was horrible I was at my Family Reunion and the Family had a lot of complaints . I had to ask for maid services and then they ran out of breakfast food plus when I flushed my toilet it sounded like it was taken off on a runway

Breakfast was a big let down and very pricey for no apparent reason.

(1002) second room the door where fridge is was broken and the shower access panel fell on me while taking a shower. Fell completely out of the ceiling.. Will not be back to this hotel and all my co workers will know about the issues..

Property was excellent! Staff greeted us with the best service upon arrival. Hotel is always nice and clean. Have stayed numerous times at this hotel and has never had a problem whatsoever. Will most definitely book again.
