I wouldn’t stay here it was very disgusting I checked in my room smell like cigarettes black stuff all over the walls the chairs looked like somebody peed on them I checked right back out and get another hotel.

That is not a hotel but motel and the advertising for being hotel is deceptive Everything

the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It isn’t disgusting. It is extremely disgusting. We moved to 2 different rooms. We requested a non smoking room. Both rooms had a stench of cigarettes and animal urine. The mattresses had bed bugs. And the staff was rude and refused to give us a refund. Expedia will also refuse to give you a refund if you book with this place. Check google reviews they are more accurate. Some fake one saying 5 stars but if you scroll you will see reviews just like mine. This place should be condemned and the general manager is a serial scammer. Shame on you Dipen. I’d rather sleep outside during a tornado

Rooms are clean Breakfast

Staff was friendly and prompt. Room was filthy. Debated whether to stay or not but decided I could manage. No bugs just food particles and crumbs all over everything and a lot of dust. Chairs could also use a good clean. Bathroom was clean just old. Sheets and bed spread was stiff and itchy. Breakfast was just ok. Not a lot of options. I wouldn’t stay again but for the price that’s what you get.

Bed and room was comfortable, but the bathroom was in need of some minor work.

Room was very spacious and AC worked great. Staff was very friendly from the start and made checking in smooth.

I didn't stay in the room much but they do bring clean towels every morning that good but they don't clean the rugs that's the only bad thing. Everytime you go from the bed to the bathroom you have to put slippers cause it's dirty and when you get to the bathroom it's dirty

The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was ok but there was built up dirt or mold in three of the corners. Poor communication between desk and housekeeping who opened our door right after we got in our room and started to walk right in. Then before we checked out they opened the door again and were surprised we were in the room.

The room smelt like a nursing home and there was hair on the tub wall. But it might not be the case for every room.

Great location. The pool was broken and the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned. After taking a shower and walking in the room I found that my feet had to be washed again. I had to walk around the room with shoes on at all times.

We always stay at this motel when traveling to the Columbus area. It is convenient to downtown, and has plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. nearby. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and I have never had any complaints. The outdoor swimming pool has been closed for a couple of years. The ripped cover and dirty water were an eyesore. Otherwise, the grounds are well-kept, comparable to the higher-priced motels adjacent to this property.

This a great place to stay. 3rd time we have stayed here. Staff is very nice. Rooms are clean. Property is very well lighted up at night. Close to several places to Eat. Lots of shopping.

The mattress on the bed was lumpy and frame creaked when you moved in it.The carpet on floor was very dirty, left your socks black when walked on it. Also the room smelled musty or peed smell.

Bed was comfy, room was clean - front desk was helpful during check in. Quite a bit of road noise.

The only issue i had was the shower water was not real strong. Sort of on the thin stream. It was the shower head only.

Carpets were filthy, the room smelled. The smoke alarm went off at 8 am because someone in an upstairs room was smoking. The pool was closed. They wanted to charge $70 to stay an extra 3 hours (our tournament got pushed back so we asked if we could stay a few hours extra). Overall I do not recommend.

Convenient to our location and activities The room smelled musty, and the carpet was damp. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. We wondered if a previous guest had vomited on the carpet and it had been cleaned but hadn't dried completely. TV was difficult to operate, and the volume would not decrease with the remote.
