Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Grove City

Wifi was not working. Had to go to the front desk to ask for a special code because last name and room number would not work.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bed wasn't comfortable and pillows were to little and way to soft. Other then that everything was good.

Our first night the room beside us had a party until 3:30 am. Thank God they checked out the next morning. We complained the next morning to the front desk staff and we were assured by the head housekeeper she would let them know the condition their room was left in. We never heard anything from them. I appreciate the assistance when the tornado sirens went off.

Room door lock malfunctioning, poor lighting in the room, restaurant out of most items on the menu

I would have liked gluten free items for the breakfast.

The wait time to get into our room 3hours but the youg lady on staff she was so hospital nice coming making sure we alright thanks to her we got into our room she has only been there 5 days she was wonderful she needs a raise

The water was out all day and the next day we had NO hot water in the whole hotel

The people were kind and helpful. The property was spotless. It was great. Nothing.

The hotel was okay just disappointed that we have to pay $10 per person for breakfast while other Hilton hotels serve free breakfast.

I booked two queen beds. When I opened up the door it was a king. I asked for a cot. They did not have any. Ice machines weren't working.

It’s a very clean & nice atmosphere when you arrive. They’re very helpful & have resourcefulness & professionalism .

We made a reservation and paid over a month in advance and received a call as we were getting to the hotel at 6pm the day of of our reservation that they oversold and that they did not have a room for us. The front desk did nothing to assist with finding another place to stay or offer up any assistance or help in anyway.
