La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus - Grove City

Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Pillows weren't perfect but adequate. Breakfast was typical cereal, waffles, eggs, etc. Location was good for us.

Nice clean room, the sitting area was nice and had new furniture. The breakfast was good but could use a little more varieties since we stayed over a week. They seem to be doing upgrades through out which is always good. So would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Room clean but property older. Breakfast good. However one day the there was no water for 2-3 hours in the afternoon which was very inconvenient. I thought they should have provided some time of compensation for this inconvenience.

Just stayed for one night while in Cincinnati for work. Check-in and check-out was easy. Staff were great. Hotel was very nice.

Rooms were clean but the mattress was very hard. Poor nights sleep. Sore back in the morning. Need new mattresses.

Many cars broken into during my stay. Windows smashed. Hotel staff not helpful or sympathetic.

Our day was great. Everything was clean and comfortable, but would love a coffee maker in our room.

The customer service was great. Prompt check-in and check-out. Breakfast was stocked and ready to eat each morning. Hot coffee all day long. Saturday night there was a series of smash and go break-ins with cars in the far back row of the hotel parking lot. Front desk gentleman said it has been a problem, I would avoid parking in the farthest row back in the parking lot.

Room was right outside the elevator so people constantly coming on and off the elevator were extremely loud and even kept us awake at night and woke us early in the morning. Also not sure what happened in the parking lot over right but at least 7 cars had busted out windows and there was ass everywhere in the parking lot. No chance I'd stay here again.

Looks like the hotel is in the process of upgrading their carpeting and many aesthetics of the building. It was a pleasant place to stay , and the people seemed to be very helpful at the desk.
