The hotel was super clean, big bathroom, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Slight off smell in the room, thin walls but neither was that bad

We were in an accessible room. The carpet was damp and sticky. The tiled floor was wet when we woke up, but we weren't sure if it came from the shower or the refrigerator.

Check in was prompt & painless … Room was clean and stocked appropriately ! Amenities were available for use! Breakfast was amazing... Especially the pancake machine.

Place was so clean and crisp. From the moment we walked in we could tell that this hotel staff took pride in their work. It definitely showed. Great stay and would book again!

The hotel was fine no complaints with the hotel or staff. My issue is that I reserved and paid for a handicapped accessible room via hotels.com. However when I arrived the attendant said they had no handicapped rooms available and that the ones they have had been reserved for quite some time. Hotels.com rented/ reserved my handicapped room the night before and gladly accepted my payment which was approximately $15 more than a standard room. Thankfully the manager was able to bring us a pool chair so that my amputee wife could take a shower, and her wheelchair was able to move around the room and bathroom. This issue is squarely a problem with hotels.com rather than Holiday Inn Express. The worst part is it is not the first time it has happened. We use hotels.com numerous times a year and this issue happens far more often than it should, enough that I may just go back to reserving directly through the hotel chain. We really need a handicapped accessible room, but more and more hotels.com cannot be trusted to have accurate information. I don’t want to hear any excuses. If it is on your site as available it should be correct.

Convenient, comfortable, good breakfast

Breakfast was a bit different each day. Staff very friendly. Free bottled water was a huge plus! Spacious comfortable room and nice bed.
