The room was dirty

Rooms have always been clean Easy access to & from interstate Eating & shopping within walking distance. Police in the area are overwhelming!!!!

Room had a cigarette smoke smell even though it was a nonsmoking room. Room also had a faint urine smell and had not been cleaned very well

No towels in the room, we had to go to front desk to ask for some. The person at front desk said they would bring them up to room but never did. I had to go a second time and after some time finally got towels to take a shower.

Waited for someone to come to reception for over 30mins in order to check in. The room was very dismal with a false fingernail on the floor along with a part sucked sweet! People walking by could look straight into the room. People smoking outside rooms on the sidewalk! Would never stay here again, couldn’t wait to get away

Entire place was filthy. Walls had stains and gunk all over them. Flooring was peeling up, chairs and bed covers had stains. Hairdryer almost lit on fire and melted.

There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the fridge was leaking water on the floor. Not a well maintained place.

Room was clean. I can definitely say the manager was accommodating. I stayed there after a concert at Ohio stadium and they were very conveniently there to check me in after midnight. He even called me to tell me he would wait.

Air conditioning stunk. Carpets were filthy. Grandkids enjoyed the outside pool, that was the only thing enjoyable.

Room bed was not good and was wet room

The room was clean. It was supposed to to be non-smoking, it was not. Room stunk as did my clothes. At a wedding shower the following day family members asked if I had started smoking. It was bad.

My refrigerator was leaking, no hand soap and tv did not work

It was not well maintained.

There were no towels in the room, I had to go down to the front desk more than once to get towels and was told they would bring them to me. I ended up going down there again one last time and they finally handed me some towels. Not happy with the place

Grounds need to be cleaned. Floors in our room were filthy. Toilet seat was about ready to fall off. Overall experience was not pleasant!

Great staff

The room was fine you could just tell someone had smoked in it, we asked for a non smoking room. The floor was so dirty that our socks turned black on the bottom. There was some questionable things on the bathroom floor and at the base of the toilet. They were pretty busy from the looks of the parking lot, which had people drinking outside in said parking lot, which is fine since they didn’t get loud. And where we had to park there was a left over food container with what looked like chips and salsa sitting there when we arrived and checked out. The room had air conditioning but it didn’t seem to work well, and if you went in to the bathroom and shut the door it was a built in sauna. The person who checked us in though was very nice though. We just needed a place for the night and it did the job.
