The staff is friendly and professional. Rolms are super clean.

Properties in poor overall condition. The rooms are in severe need of an upgrade. The tv in my room didn’t work and after letting the front desk know nothing was done to fix it or give us a new room! I would not stay again and to be honest with this price point for about $40-50 more a night I could get a much higher quality of a room ! Plus side was location!

This place is a dump. The first room smelled of recent smoke so they accommodated a change. However the second room had no towels. Then as i was showering the water went completely off! I had to get out all soapy, the front desk said they know and it would be fixed in an hour. I asked to comp the room and the staff person said “you stayed the night didn't you?” As if clean water isn't part of the deal. Never again. And Ii still want my money back.

Not very clean, broken toilet seat, the bathtub/shower drain was extremely slow to drain. Caused the water to back up while taking your shower. Poor venting in the room. Black mold present in the bathroom.

It’s a nice hotel for what you pay for it.

The location is nice since there is a lot around like stores.

Rooms have always been clean Easy access to & from interstate Eating & shopping within walking distance. Police in the area are overwhelming!!!!

Room had a cigarette smoke smell even though it was a nonsmoking room. Room also had a faint urine smell and had not been cleaned very well

They left my door open

No towels in the room, we had to go to front desk to ask for some. The person at front desk said they would bring them up to room but never did. I had to go a second time and after some time finally got towels to take a shower.

Waited for someone to come to reception for over 30mins in order to check in. The room was very dismal with a false fingernail on the floor along with a part sucked sweet! People walking by could look straight into the room. People smoking outside rooms on the sidewalk! Would never stay here again, couldn’t wait to get away

Entire place was filthy. Walls had stains and gunk all over them. Flooring was peeling up, chairs and bed covers had stains. Hairdryer almost lit on fire and melted.

There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the fridge was leaking water on the floor. Not a well maintained place.

Room was clean. I can definitely say the manager was accommodating. I stayed there after a concert at Ohio stadium and they were very conveniently there to check me in after midnight. He even called me to tell me he would wait.

Air conditioning stunk. Carpets were filthy. Grandkids enjoyed the outside pool, that was the only thing enjoyable.
