Perfect in Every Way!

The property was clean and well maintained.

We had a very late arrival and left very early. We didn't use any of the amenities. But we didn't have any concerns. They are in the process of a remodel though, but it did not affect our stay.

Hotel was older and needed some updating but the staff is awesome. Breakfast was very good and the room was good. The bed was very good. I thought the price was a little high but we were thankful for a good quiet night of sleep. Hotel needs an update and some renovations but they had everything needed and the room was very comfortable.

The worst Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in. It's always been my hotel of choice until this one. Plenty of other hotels on the same street that looked much more appealing than this property.

I only spent the night before a hospital visit very early in the morning so I didn't use the amenities but everyone was nice and they are renovating.. there was no construction noises or interference during my brief stay

I stayed here for a night with family and young kids. Was given a room on the ground level and it had some weird smell. As we were exhausted after a 9 hour long drive, did not even think of going back to front-desk to ask for a different room. Other than that, breakfast area and choices were good. Morning staff were nice.

Also lots of restaurants and stores near by. We visited friends and went to Columbus pride. Hotels.com however has the WORST customer service and their advertising is sketchy at best.

Very nice people and place. Asked for extra towels and a blanket, they were brought to the room right away. The whole facility was very clean despite being renovated. Not sure if it was the bar next to the hotel or another room, but was some loud music playing very late.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was sub-par, not horrible but not great.

They only need better pillows. Everything else was great.

Sparking space was limited but that was due to maintenance on the building
