La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Augusta/Fort Eisenhower

We spent two-and-a-half days in another room because they had an ant infestation in the Family Room Suite that I had reserved. Telephones and televisions didn’t work and staff was not happy about taking complaints. I live in California but most of native family lives in Georgia. If I ever stayed here again, I would consider this more of a glamping experience and be better prepared and be more wary of staff. The breakfast was good. I am going to pursue small claims over the charge but if I have to appear for a hearing, it isn’t going to be worth it to me to spend thousands on a flight plus fees over a $200.00 damage fee. And that is how La Quinta gouges their guests.

Some of the employees was helpful but there was a few that they didn’t have the time of day for questioning. I was later informed that was the owners of that establishment

We had a king suite for two nights. We loved it. The room was very clean! And comfortable.

Great stay clean room and breakfast.

Great last minute stay during my time at Fort Gordon.

A breakfast attendant was very nice once I told her my story of all my food spoiling. They did not have turkey sausage there. I don’t eat pork so she fix me some anyway she said sometimes they have it. It was nice of her to fix me some sweat especially! She even walked me to my room because my hands were full at the time because I had bought the steak out to show them and the empty ice cream carton so she helped me walk back to the room. Very very nice !!
