Our room was run down, The tiles in the bathroom were loose. Everything looked dingy and not well maintained. Elevator was not working most of the time, so hauling luggage was more difficult. The pool was absolutely disgusting, it was cloudy and very cold. Hot Tub was not working. Breakfast was typical and not very good. Pay the extra $20 dollars a night for a better hotel.

The hotel was clean. That is about the only positive I have to say about our experience. This was probably the most unwelcoming hotel experience I’ve had. From the moment we walked in, we learned that we would only get as many towels as there were people in our room, they would only be refreshed after 3 days. If we needed more sooner, we had to bring the soiled ones to the desk to change out. One time I did bring down a towel that had gotten some Diet Coke on it, and the desk worker informed me I shouldn’t had cleaned up the spill and could have part of my deposit lost for staining it. There was no common space to eat our meals, so we had to use said towels on our beds to eat. Toiletries and rolls of toilet paper were like the towels- you had to specifically request body soap, and they gave you a single days allotment at a time. If you run out of toilet paper, you are given one single roll to replace it. Signs were posted saying you weren’t allowed to bring breakfast food up to your room. Promptly at the close of breakfast hours, the door to the nook was locked, food was shuffled away, bags placed over the cereal dispensers. The elevator was down two of the days we were there, including when we had to checkout. The one day that our room was refreshed (day 4 of our stay), dirty top sheets clearly weren’t changed, and our extra towels were gone. All in all, if you need a hotel that is clean but makes you feel like an inconvenience, this is the place for you.

Overall, pretty good stay. Front desk staff was nice when I checked in last night. Would be nice to have actual body wash for bathing. Also would be nice to have toothpaste and toothbrush provided in room. Was some kind of bug in the bed, but just the one. Flushed it down the toilet. Was not a bedbug or a cockroach though.

Bedroom had a few issues bed was super soft and not enough pillows. TV wouldn't work correctly. Couldn't use hot tub. Staff wasn't at front desk and pool was closed over the maintenance time.
-
Clean and staff was incredible
-
Walls were thin and couldn’t sleep the second night because of people running around above our room until midnight. The elevator broke and we had to carry our luggage down stairs.
-
Staff were responsive and respectful, room was clean and very comfortable; our bed had the softest, cleanest sheets; parking was plentiful and location was convenient and just across the street from the Gurnee Mills mall.
-
room could have been cleaner The girl that checked us in and helped us the first night was absolutely awful and rude. She was hateful and acted like she hated her job
-
It was very convenient to the stores and shopping center . Not enough time to stay short visit
-
This establishment does not have a luggage storage, although I was told they do. Otherwise, everything was cool.
-
It was close to where I needed to be Only had like 20 channels and couldn’t plug anything to the tv

The room was spacious, but outdated. The pool was tiny & cold and nowhere did it say the hot tub was not working. I was looking forward to that after a long day. The breakfast was terrible. You get what you pay for.

The room was clean and the AC was cold. The bed was very comfortable. We had issues and the gentleman was the only one downstairs and he came up as soon as he could to help. The breakfast was pretty good.

-

The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, inviting, and competent. Nathan, the night manager, was a gem. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed soft and spacious, and the pool perfect for our needs. Breakfast was plentiful and clean.

It was okay. Just okay. Outdated. Hot tub was closed. Pool is small. Breakfast was decent.

Electrical sockets were missing covers. The bathroom was bogus. There’s breakfast but if I wanted to grab something and take it to my room, it’s prohibited. Smh I was across the street from Six Flags and I understand they probably get a lot of kids but learn to read people…. Some things are unnecessary. It’s was close to my reason for visiting.
