Hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was ok but there was glass all through the lot. Breakfast buffet was minimal.

The hotel was clean, outside needs a little tlc to be more inviting but once inside it’s clean and beautiful! The room clean and inviting. Breakfast was great it’s still time consuming waiting for one waffle iron with a hotel full of hungry patrons, please fix the broken one or get a new one. The staff was always kind and inviting…. Will return soon……

Clean rooms, convenient to Great America park. Breakfast was okay, juice machine didn't work and only 1 waffle majer so long wait for that.

Pool was fantastic, nice cool and refreshing on a hot day. We did have food left over from a previous guest in our fridge, so maybe a slight oversight by cleaning staff, no issue to just throw it in the garbage. We were there 4 night, it would have been nice to get clean dry towels, but am learning this is a new trend in the States not to freshen up rooms, we also never asked for a freshen up, so maybe that was on us. Breakfast was good.

Hotel appears run down. Only one elevator worked at a time. There was a fire alarm that seemed to be just faulty equipment. Parking lot was very run down as well. Breakfast was mediocre, was cool to see additional waffle batter flavors.

Computers down at check in required multiple visits to front desk. Only one elevator working. Breakfast was sub par both mornings. Disappointing for a Hilton branded hotel.
