Everything worked well. Good location

Can’t say anything bad about the hotel, only good . The staff was accommodating, diligent, efficient. Rooms that I booked were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Price was excellent for two rooms for me and my families budget. Will definitely stay again!!! Wait almost forgot that continental breakfast was great as well, I would say only thing that was missing was some bacon, other than that it was scrumptious. Kids loved they could make their own waffles with our help of course lol!!!

Room was clean and property was well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Akeeyah at the Front desk was so incredibly kind and helpful! The room was immaculately clean but the bathroom was VERY small and I wasn't a fan of the bathroom sink/vanity open to the bedroom area as getting ready proved quite tedious with sleeping kids. The Breakfast was quite limited and it absolutely is CONTINENTAL - The other reviews that we've seen raving about their breakfast were dead wrong or woefully inaccurate. All in all, the hotel was great for the price but we will not be staying here again.

Everything especially the breakfast I will be back The first night no air conditioning sweated all night the thermostat was not working no air conditioning no fan nothing but they fixed it the very next morning

Good for couple days

This breakfast was not fully prepared, and the staff were unprofessional when I raised concerns. After I spoke with the manager about my room, my wife had to address the front desk regarding the situation. I was told there was a weed smell and that my deposit was taken, which I believe was retaliation. Be cautious when booking this hotel.

The location was convenient, and the room was a decent size. The view was of the back of a restaurant. There was salt in the coffee machine. The lamp was missing the light bulb. The shampoo and bodywash were completely empty. The air conditioning did not work all 3 days and 2 nights of our stay. They only offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience which I still have not received.

We made a quick one night trip to browse around the mall and this was our hotel choice because it was affordable and very close to the mall. We were expecting it to be a little run down and maybe a tad dirty for the price and we were very surprised how clean the rooms and building was. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Especially the poor front desk girls they were so patient and nice even when the family checking in front of us was so rude and hurtful to her. The breakfast had a lot of choices and everything was clean and not stale. Just really impressed with how nice of a stay we had with the price point. We will definitely stay here on our mall trips from now on.

Quiet, clean and comfortable, close to the naval base, very convenient., tge 2 beds bedrooms did help a lot

Hotel was just okay. Outdated amenities. Pool and hot tub area were very busy, but it was a Friday night. I wasn’t expecting that area to be staffed, but drinking and eating everywhere were gross. The room was okay, but shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all running low. Room was very damp too. Breakfast was good, but sausage and eggs kept running out. Oatmeal looked more like grits, but when doctored up, it was fine. Likely would not stay here again.

The room was clean. My family and I had a pleasant stay. We loved how close it was to Rainforest Cafe & Six Flags!
