They went above and beyond for us with everything we asked for. :)

The place was dirty. The person at the counter was not helpful and was swearing as he was the only person there and he was busy. No one at the counter throughout my stay. The carpeting is gross, dirty, and smelly.

Staff was nice and helpful

I liked how the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The pool area could use a little more upkeep but other than that everything was good.

Good stay!

Overall the stay was good.

The staff was very professional and always working. The hotel was clean on the inside. The pool and Jacuzzi area were amazing with the greenhouse windows and plants. Their food was pretty good. There are restaurants nearby.

Kids loved it

Room was clean and hotel was well maintained. Bathroom could use an update, and the TV had signal issues throughout the night.

I can’t remember staying here but it must of been a great place… oh I remember now, I booked this for the wrong day and could not get a refund so instead of cancelling, I decided it could be empty for the night

First I want to praise 2 of the staff members. Akia and Glendy were helpful, considerate and amazing. The breakfast buffet was very good. Other than that I can't say much. There was no wifi the night we stayed and we were needed it. The phone didn't work in my room. When I went downstairs to ask about the situation, the young man who was attending the Desk told me for the phones "yeah that sometimes happens a lot of them don't work". For the Wi-Fi he told me "no we're trying a few things, but you're not gonna have it tonight." He didn't apologize or offer me any alternatives. We decided to go out to dinner and see if the Wi-Fi was fixed when we got back. Upon our reentry, I spoke to Akia and she said she thought that the Wi-Fi was working on her phone and offered me a new room. She was very apologetic and very considerate. We tried the other room that phone also didn't work and the Wi-Fi didn't work all night. When I went back to ask the same young man was there and he told me "no you're just not going to have Wi-Fi. Maybe in the morning." I explained that we needed the Wi-Fi that evening and he just shrugged his shoulders. I was not happy. The next morning is when I explain the situation to Glendy and she was beyond helpful. She said the Wi-Fi was back up that day, We decided to stay another night, but we booked at a different hotel. Aside from all this, the hotel itself is in great disrepair. It needs to be updated. The pools seem nice, but we didn't get a chance to use it

The building is newer or recently renovated. The grounds are clean and feels safe. The breakfast was hearty. Reduced staff on-site, which seems to be the rule across all hotels I have been to lately, but they were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and properly stocked. Pool is very nice and so is the hot tub. For the price, it was a great stay. Would definitely book again.

NO INTERNET AND SMELL FROM CARPET

Everything seemed fine when we arrived to our room and unpacked. We were traveling with our dog and noticed the room had a "dog" smell but didn't think too much of it...figured they used this room for pets. Upon further review we noticed that the floor was filthy...full of dirt and dog hair. We told the front desk about it and asked for a broom, thinking that they might send someone over to clean it for us. Nope. They handed us a broom and dustpan so we cleaned it up ourselves. Attached is the picture of what was swept up. If they overlook the simplest of these details, it makes us wonder where else they are cutting corners. On a good note, the beds were comfortable and appeared clean. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was ok. And the proximity to Six Flags was great. That being said, if we return to the area we will definitely look at other options.

The room was mediocre but clean. The hotel is in need of upgrade, especially the bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the breakfast was fairly decent.

Our room wasn't ready by check in. We then got our room later and it smelled like sewage so we switched rooms but they didnt have another 2 bed available so we had to have a 1 bedroom with 4 people and had to have an air mattress. The breakfast was okay but then at 9am right as it was over they kicked us out to clean. We didnt get to eat our full breakfast since it was over at 9am. Plus there was no AC in the lobby! Worst hotel experience ever!

Staff wasn't very helpful

Must’ve just been a busy weekend I picked. Okay for the money. Had parking for my truck and car trailer so that’s all I cared about.

The desk person was very shady said peoples reservations were cancelled and they weren’t. I had kids and no hotel smh didn’t try to help at all. Maybe his chick that was at the counter was a distraction idk we waited and waited no answer why so went to another hotel two hours later
