I will be back again

Is a little dark We gat a rom for 6 people over 400 per night and it was very small The breakfast food was expensive and very basic my kids love the water park The area where they have basketball hoops Add more balls there was like 30 pp Trying to use the balms and they had only 3 or 4

The only complaint I have is a bad mattress on fold out sofa. Horribly uncomfortable.

The pool water was cold, which immediately took away from the main reason we came. It also felt like every time we tried to do or purchase something, there was another problem. The bar didn’t even have soda, so I had to walk across the entire resort just to get drinks. Then I had to walk all the way back across the property again because the other location didn’t have any straws. That became the theme of the whole trip: this area didn’t have one thing, another area didn’t have something else, and nobody seemed prepared or coordinated. Instead of relaxing and enjoying the weekend, we spent the entire time dealing with unnecessary inconveniences. For the amount of money families spend here, the experience should be organized, properly stocked, and enjoyable. This wasn’t. It was frustrating, disappointing, and absolutely not worth what we paid. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

The property was clean. Everyone working was great. There was always something fun to do. The food was great. We had an overall excellent experience.

You guys not refund my money on 8/16??? I call few time you guy told me to take care of it?

Someone beat on my door while my son was sleep. They woke him up. I call the front desk they said they were bringing security up but the guy that check me in came up. He said he was going to look at the camera and let me know what was going to be the end result but no one ever came back to check on us. Or tell me a a update. I felt like that was so unprofessional.

Didn't like to pay for parking after paying for the room.

Got bedbugs then complained and got told I was lying so they wouldn't have to do anything about it. Got tons of proof. Horrible stay horrible staff thank fully hotels.com fixed an issue but definitely not the great wolf lodge

I enjoyed my stay, because I got a chance to rest and have a great sleep while the rest of my group were having fun at the water park!

As much money as people are paying for the lodge I feel parking should be included or should less than $20.

We had the Junior wolf suit. Was just like a cheap room somewhere else. No microwave fridge didn’t get cold the duration of our stay. Light by front door stayed flashing, Tv remote batteries where dead, you have to walk back to main door to turn lights off electrical socket on night stand didn’t work

The location to the Navy Graduation was great. Plenty of stuff to do. The climbing wall and bowling were a lot of fun.

Room was clean but had a few maintenance issues. Door was hard to open (sticky), carpet was lumpy and fraying, charger port made a clicking noise when plugged in so we just unplugged that. AC was loud and so was the bathroom. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

My grandsons love going for bdays every year

Our patio door was EXTREMELY hard to open especially for the elder adults attending the stay with me . Also had little to no time in the water park area because of the late check in time.
