When I First Got There To Check In 3 Guest Was Waiting Because The Key Cards Wasn't Working Once I Was Checked In I Had To Be Let Into My Room By Staff After That First Time Of Being Let In Going Forward I Was Locked Outta My Room For 3 Hours Until The Keycard Decided To Work. Also The Entire Room Smelled Old It Had A Odor Of A Old Folks Home With No Proper Care On Top Of Seeing To Big Roaches Crawling By The Air Conditioner And In The Bathroom, The Bed Was Uncomfortable And The Pillows Were Soooooo Thin We Had To Go To Walmart And Buy Pillows Sheets And Cleaning Supplies And House Spray For Our Room . When Leaving Out And Coming In There Were A Gang Of Young Men Standing Around In The Lobby Loud Like They On A Corner In The Way Very Ghetto And Uncomfortable Place To Stay More Like A Live In Ghetto Motel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Poor staff, surprised the owners can make profit with poor staff. I would recommend only using credit cause they don’t honor reservations made with email confirmation

Super close to Six Flags. Ours keys did not work at all and staff had to let us into our room.

Room key did not even work and receptionist at night is horrible. Waited 1 hour so i could get in my room. Hallways smelled and was not clean.

The desk isnt staffed after 10 pm so you have to wait for someone to show up. The door over the counter is closed. I know they mentioned they were short staffed. No coffee make in the room. No cups. No hand soap. Only face wash/shampoo/ conditioner. No extra pillows and though the room smelt clean, the tub floor was dirty and plumbing was loose in the tub/ shower. Noone was at front desk when we were checking out at 9:30am.

The front of the drawers was missing and no extra blankets or pillows. The elevator rug was dirty. The front of the hotel street dirty it was not the same place I visited my last time. You need to power clean street in front of the doors that’s one of my suggestions and the client tell has gone down as well.

The room was doused in bleach and ruined some of our clothes, there was no towels available the whole time we were there and the beds were severely uncomfortable.

Room felt humid. Fridge had small rust spots all over the door. Otherwise not bad. Electric stove worked well. Lobby to room area had extra security measure. You needed your room card to go beyond lobby was nice, felt safe. Don’t know why our room was so humid. You could feel the humidity on the floor & clothes.

Disappointing

This hotel canceled my reservation after I had called ahead to ensure that it would not be canceled due to a odd flight. I ended up having to go find a different hotel because I could not get a room at this one after a 12 hr travel night, even after having a reservation and calling ahead. The desk doesn't open until 9am, and someone had canceled my entire reservation to fit someone for 1 night.

On the first day, I ran out of towels. When I went to ask for more, they told me they didn't have any available at the time. I then asked one of the housekeeping staff, but she said she couldn't give me any and that I had to request them at the front desk. In addition, when I went to the front desk, they told me that towels could only be requested between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. I explained to the front desk employee that I would be at basketball events during those hours and asked if she could please give me some since she was already handling the towels, but she refused to help me. There were also people smoking marijuana outside. Based on my experience, I would never stay there again. I ended up having to buy my own towels and other necessities.

The bathroom had leaking pipes, and the shower didn’t even have a curtain. When I asked the front desk for one, instead of sending someone to install it, they simply handed me a shower curtain and expected me to hang it myself. As a result, the bathroom floor became wet, slippery, and sticky. The most disturbing issue was that the beds had bedbugs. Our children were bitten during the night, which was completely unacceptable and extremely upsetting. We immediately requested a different room, but were told none were available. Since the conditions were so poor, I asked to check out early. Management refused to refund the unused portion of our stay and showed no willingness to resolve the situation. To make matters worse, no one ever apologized for the leaking bathroom, the lack of a shower curtain, the foul odor, or the bedbug problem. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and complete absence of customer service made for a miserable experience. I hope management takes these issues seriously before more guests have to go through what our family experienced.

Never received my booking and denied me staying at the hotel

That place was disgusting. walls dirty kitchen dirty roach bait in the fucking room. hair on the floor. dirty toilet dirty sink had toothpaste in it. That place was dirty. Do not waste your time going out. me and my family checking into the room around 11:30 went to the room so how disgusting the room was and checked out and got a refund and left and drove all the way home

It was a good hotel to stay in, only issue is they didn’t come and ask if you needed any new towels or rags or room service in general but overall would stay again and the staff was very nice.

The bathroom sink wasn’t even hooked up. The hallway and rooms had an odor. The floor was sticky. Could hear the road traffic like the windows were open (they were not)
