The room/hotel had a weird smell too it almost like smoke even though its smoke free. For the cost it was definitely not worth it room was not very clean and definitely showing age and wear and tear

Basic hotel, a little bit of rundown, but served our need. Room is clean and the beds are comfortable, which is very important. The location is perfect for our needs. Hot breakfast is better than what I have expected. The pancake machine is great.

Affordable and close to several restaurants. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable. The bathroom - the shower/bath is not textured so it is very slippery, and the water pressure is way too high. It’s like being sprayed with a hose. The toilet seat was also very uncomfortable. The fan could not keep up with the steam, so everything on the counter was wet. Also the pool is basically in the lobby so it smells like chlorine as soon as you walk in. The hallway and elevator had standing water half the time.

It was nice. I just expected the pool to be bigger and the bad frames in better condition as the were loose. Wrong move and I felt like it’d fall.

Very clean & comfortable hotel right near expressway & across from Gurnee mill mall. Beds are comfortable & room is quiet. This was our 3rd stay at hotel. Very good value. Nice breakfast buffet too & breakfast are is very clean. Pool is small but well maintained

Cons: same breakfast every single day maybe at least rotate the meat not sausage everyday have bacon sometime or any other bfast meat, warmer pool Overall is good will come back price is good

Front desk was by telephone unless you were lucky enough to catch them coming or going. Other than that they were very friendly and helpful and I guess other than checking in I did not need them anyways.?
