Courtyard by Marriott Hampton

The stay itself was good and quiet and the room was clean and bed was comfortable. I just hope the details are corrected before someone gets hurt. The price should reflect the quality of the product.

It was an okay stay. The hotel hallway and lobby was hot but the room was nice and cool. The staff was ok. The floor in the room had a pebble or two on it. The door to the bathroom did not close properly.

Family with teenager traveling for leisure is ok. Front Desk was helpful. Would recommend they invest in some deep carpet cleaning for the rooms, hallways, & elevators. Also would recommend they invest in some sofa bed stain cleaning. Other than that for a one night stay is ok.

The breakfast arrangement does NOT work for the number of guests on a holiday or weekend. Consists of only 1-cook no servers and 2 unattended small-sized cater-type warmers for eggs & meat. Once emptied, long lines waiting for refill of eggs/meat for 20-mins or more. Ended-up with no breakfast….drove over to Hilton Embassy Suites for breakfast.

Don’t waste your money the property is worn down smell like roach spray hallway are hot. The sheets are dirty had blood stains on them and bed bugs. The wash cloths and towels are nasty. The front desk people do not care just want to charge overprice for this.

Breakfast was kinda slow only because one person was working but other than that the place is amazing

Hotel rooms were old and smelly, breakfast staff member was very rude and unpleasant.

The property was in transition from Marriot. The phones did not work in half the rooms. The breakfast was almost non existent. They ran out of toilet paper. Had to request from another hotel. The ice machine did not work. Did not have enough towels and wash cloths in the room. They tried to over charge me $150 on my reservation. I had to fight to get correct price. You could see where they were still working on change over. Equipment was still in hallways.Tgey had no facial tissues in rooms. Toilet paper is not for blowing your nose or wiping your face. Half the time front desk person was missing. . Other guest tried for 15 minutes at a time to get help from desk that could call. They were not prepared at all for this transition. This is not what I paid for. I feel I am due some kind of refund for the non service I received.

I location the area, location. The food needs improvement. The eggs were running and not cooked. Orange juice watered down, no taste.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Needs bath wash in shower, only had shampoo and conditioner

Customer service was great! Quickly greeted & was taken care of. My room was nice and clean. I will definitely stay again.

Great staff and service

The property was under construction, changing over to a different hotel. The phone didn't work, the sink needs a washer, the pullout couch had used linen on it. I had to go to the lobby to ask for what was needed in the room.

location and cleaning staff very helpful the check in took em 1.5 hours and my sister over 3 hours past check in at 1500

Our AC leaked. One of the lights was out in our room. Not enough staff for proper customer service.
