Modernized bathroom. Very comfy beds, full breakfast, and an indoor pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall I would probably not stay again

This was such a nice hotel updated and clean. Only problem I had was I was on second floor and I could hear everything on the ceiling from the third floor. It kept me up for hours.

Absolutely horrible stay beds were horribly hard room was dirty amongst other things reached out to Expedia who we booked through for a refund they told me comfort in would not honor a refund to reached out the comfort and never got an answer back

Conveniently located. The rooms were decent with useful amenities. It didn't creep me out. They were clean. The only problem i had was that the rooms smell like sweaty bodies and feet. Once the air conditioning kicked on the smell wasn't so bad. The staff were really pleasant. They offered free breakfast that included eggs, cereal, bagels, muffins, sausage, juice, coffee, and make your own waffles. That was nice. Free parking

The hotel was very clean. It is beautifully remodeled tiled bathrooms. Staff were very accommodating, giving us prompt assistance when needed. The pool is small but well maintained located on the first floor, my kids loved getting wet. The mattresses are very firm. There was a separate arm chair and hassan/table separate from the desk my kids fought over. In room fridge and microwave worked well. Breakfast was good with both cold and hot options (eggs and sausages patties). Staff well maintained the options throughout the breakfast service - very appreciated. It was the perfect location with just a short distance over to the parks, but far enough to really get the savings on the hotel stay. The area felt safe sounded by quiet business. The parking lot was well lit. We stayed two days and would go back again.

Site and room looked awesome at first. Room was big and looked clean but unfortunately I discovered roaches in the bathroom the following morning. I have videos and pics. The front desk staff seemed unbothered when I told them. Would not recommend staying here.

Very good

VERY friendly hotel staff in a quiet location. Excellent rooms for dogs (we had a large labradoodle) Staff put us close to a back exit that led into a garden to walk the dog in. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was the usual fare for a hotel of this level. Parking was easy. There's a restaurant right next door and another one a block away so it was a convenient location. Staff was especially friendly and that made the stay very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was well stocked. Great value!

We stayed to go to the Guns N’ Roses concert at Hershey. The man at the front desk was very nice and he recommended restaurants for us to go to. The room was spotless clean and the bathroom smelled like bleach (not too strong but I felt like it was clean). We didn’t eat the breakfast but it looked good. I would recommend staying there!

Location was very convenient to Hersheypark. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. TV, ac, fridge everything worked well. My only critique is that the shower did not have any type of shelf or spot to put the soap shampoo etc. There was shampoo dispenser bottles mounted but no soap. Other than that the stay was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.
