Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisburg-Hershey North

We were very pleased with our stay at the Comfort Inn in Hershey North. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Honestly the only complainta were the lack of hooks for towels/toiletries in the bathroom/shower and no body soap.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager upgraded our room to a suite. The bathroom was newly renovated and clean. The beds were comfortable. I loved the blackout shades. There was a mini fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast hit the spot before leaving for Hershey Park. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was the nicest guy and helpful. If we asked it was brought to us within minutes.

The staff was great. The breakfast was ok(I have seen better). I was surprised our room wasn't attended to until we inquired about clean towels after we were out the first day. And it happened the next day as well(4 day stay)(no making of the bed, etc). Once we mentioned this, it was taken care of. But the sheets weren't changed.

I loved how clean the entire hotel was. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were very nice clean and cozy! The free daily complimentary breakfast was very tasty. Overall the hotel was a wonderful stay!!

Room and stand in shower was clean and got extra towels and toilet paper easy. Did not use the pool but looked nice. Would stay again.

I love staying here whenever I am in the area. This was my third visit and I brought my family this time. As soon I entered the lobby, I was greeted again with the friendliest staff, that remembers who I am! The room was very clean, and the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold selections. Staff even went table to table asking if anyone needed anything. You just can't go wrong. My family also enjoyed the clean pool. They are under relatively new management and they are doing an amazing job. I'll be back for sure.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and friendly once there, however my wife called to see if we could check in early and the guy that answered was very short and kinda ignorant when answering my wife. Then we didn’t get the room that we booked. We got a two king bed suite with no tub, even though I had booked a 1 king bed suite that had a large tub with jets in it for my back. The couch in the room was like sitting on a concrete bench. The breakfast was nothing to write home about neither especially the nasty eggs that they had.
