Super 8 by Wyndham Harrisburg Hershey North

The bed in my room was dirty. The sheets had food crumbs from the guest before us. I was transferred to an upgrade room and one side of the wall was very dirty. I do not think that I will stay there again.

Breakfast was okay, location was great for visiting Hershey Park also food and convenience store walking distance and price was great staff super friendly mini fridge and microwave definitely a plus The room could have been cleaned a little better toiletre items could have been more generous and the TV service was very limited also The Air conditioner could be turned on prior to arrival beings it was the hottest couple days of the year

The wall paper was pealing off the walls. We also selected pay when we get to the room/check in because the card I wanted to use I did not have on me when I booked the room, however when we arrived we were told they had already charged the room to the card I used to reserve the room before my arrival/check in.

Overall my experience was very poor. I do not have anything that I enjoyed about this hotel unfortunately. The staff member when I checked in was rude. The room was unsanitary with hair in the shower and stains on the bed, walls, and chair. The towels that I was given were also soiled with stains and hair. The fridge froze my food and the microwave would not stop with my food inside until I unplugged it from the wall. Overall, I had a very bad experience at this property. I will not be back.

Clean and comfortable beds, sheets and bathroom. Really all we needed. Small fridge and microwave in room. Great rates, we would stay again

Parking not good. Ice machine broken. Not a secure property at night.

The property was located in a good area with a lot to offer nearby.

It was average for an inexpensive room. Stairs only, no operating elevator.

Very few things They could improve building cleanliness and maintenance, including the lobby air conditioning- as well as the breakfast, ect.

For being close/convenient to Hersheypark, I expected more. The inside of the property is in need of repair. The room I had (209) did not feel clean at all. As soon as I went inside the room, and lifted a pillow on the bed, I was greeted by a bug. Not a bed bug, not a cockroach, but some type of bug, nonetheless. The top comforter of the bed was dirty/stained, and I removed it off the bed. The vent for the AC was filthy...how about a little cleaning once in a while. I will look elsewhere for a place to stay, if the need arises.

Came in for a night for a place to sleep. Other than the TV being in bad condition and the parking situation being a little weird, it was a good stay. Clean room, recent amenities for a cheap motel

Room was not clean; bed was comfortable but there was no comforter, only a thin spread which did not provide warmth. Manager was very nice, but hotel needs a serious cleaning and upgrade.

The air never works for me I been staying there for the last month

Super 8, more like Super 2 was our running joke here. The key cards didn’t work so we had to have staff open our room every time. Rooms are outdated and need updates. For the price you get what you pay for but a few cosmetic changes could help.

Hotel was clean and it seemed as though they cared about you as a person. The parking could be better, but that’s my only negative thing to say. The parking is just behind the building. It’s not really a huge deal. Just a small inconvenience.
