Nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Convenient access to Hwy 81. Inconvenient parking behind building with long walk to front entrance.

The overnight. The most disturbing part is that the clerk was with what it looks like her son and daughter probably visiting her and the son was very disrespectful to her in front of myself and family. Telling her that she needs to make sure she do her job correctly because she had a puppy with her while checking us in. I think this business should have better hospitality and respect for its clients

Broken ice machine, no amenities

We only stayed for a night and arrived late but the room was nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Will stay again if ever in the area.

It's was a good place to stay

Would not recommend staying here unless you are really trying to save some money. That’s how I ended up here

I liked the bed The lamps didn't work. THERE WERE BUGS IN OUR ROOM. Baby cockroaches and ants. The management was rude.

Although the staff were very nice, I felt the place was very dated. Not as clean as it could have been…did not use the bedside drawer, it was just nasty. There was something sticky on the carpet that my friends slipper stuck too. I needed ice for my ice packs, but the ice machine didn’t work. Nice little patio outside, but no chairs…I only stayed one night…honestly I’m glad. I will say the positive note was the bed was clean and comfortable.

Location was great. Staff was amazing. The cleanliness was bad. Cobwebs with spider in the room. Dirty window sill. Dirty air conditioner. Fridge not wiped off. Disgusting blanket on bed. Hair on toilet and hole behind bathroom door. Bathroom poorly lit.

The breakfast was a joke. The staff were unfriendly. I asked for a second key and was told no due to limited supply. I was there 3 nights and house keeping never cleaned my room. The parking was terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Overall hotel was nice. Staff was great especially Mrs Kat. Ice machine was broken. Room was clean.

Got to the hotel and they told me I had canceled my reservation, which Expedia told me the hotel canceled it but no one informed me until I tried to check in. Was still getting notifications from expedia about my check in for that dayhotel was all booked had to find my own hotel, no help from expedia. Hotel canceled because I didnt pay ahead of time and they increased their rates for the night so they canceled my reservation, and said it was expedia. Bad situation from hotel and Expedia. Once it was determined they didnt have a room for me Expedia canceled my reservation and hotel used that to say I canceled it even though they did it 6 days prior. Neither Expedia or hotel notified me of the cancelation and Expedia wouldn't even help me find a room. Was told to find one and then book through Expedia. Won't be using Expedia again nor super 8 owned by foreign people who just want to get the higher rate for rooms and are rude and lie

Clean room. Close to venue

When we got there the lobby doors were wide open they had already free took out money out of my account. There was no air condition in the lobby. Our room looks like we had an orange just in our own crap everywhere on the wall the mirrors were all dirty she's working. Not a whole lot of lighting in the bathroom no tub stopper the rain was full of crap and the people in the door was blocked. I would not highly recommend this. They had a continental breakfast including muffins English muffins white toast cereal oatmeal yogurt. But he was vacuuming the counter for ants. Oh really

Location and easy access to 81 No AC in the lobby. We had room 203. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off and exposed black mold under it. We stayed for 2 nights and had no housekeeping services provided to us. When we left in the morning we asked the front desk to please take fresh towels to our room and remove the used ones on the floor. They did NOT need to make the bed. We were gone for 12 hours and when we came back at 2 a.m. the dirty towels were still on the floor and we had no clean ones. We got up this morning and left without a shower. Since we are only an hour from home we let it go. When we went to check out there was no one at the desk to speak with.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! JP and Kat were the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. After confirming my reservation earlier in the day with JP, (who was rude as hell when I called, should’ve just canceled my reservation then) I was rudely told by Kat, when me and my family arrived after a 4.5 hour drive, that my reservation had been canceled while they still had a hold on my $315. Kat then told me that there were no rooms available, which I highly doubt due to how empty the parking lot was. Kat also stated “she didn’t know what to tell me” when I asked when the hold on my money would be released. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a hotel before. After giving Kat a much needed cursing out, we left and went to the County Inn and Suites across the street who were very polite and accommodated us immediately. I highly recommend the Country Inn and Suites. I give this Super 8 a 0 out of 10. Would NEVER recommend!!

The room smelled musty if carpet changed by floor; the smell spreads.

The bed in my room was dirty. The sheets had food crumbs from the guest before us. I was transferred to an upgrade room and one side of the wall was very dirty. I do not think that I will stay there again.
