Pool was nice room was spacious and clean. The pillows and beds were the worst I have experienced in a long time. Both me and my son got no sleep both days.

They only had 1 poor girl doing everything from checking in and doing breakfast the next day ..She had to make the food amd bring it out to the buffet sattions..She couldnt keep up with everything. .They ran out of all breakfast items and then shut done 20 min earlier..they need more then 1 staff members especially at breakfast time...The rooms where old and needed to be touched up

The staff was nice when we arrived . Thats about it. None of the pictures matched the condition of the hotel. The pool was in horrible condition. Hardly and chairs, the paint was pealed everywhere,there was a screw sticking out of the concrete. Not covered or showing that there is danger sticking out of the concrete. The desk chair was in bad condition, it had the fabric missing off the top of it. Breakfast had the juice machine out of order, the eggs had no flavor and were watery. Over all it was a horrible experience.

I must say that I was very impressed with the hotel with the atmosphere and the price although I did encounter some noise the last night that I was there with the matter was resolved The breakfast ran out before I could actually get breakfast that morning

Great location with a lot food options near by . Great customer service There room keys were the worst to use . You have to keep trying and trying till finally any door will unlock.

The hotel’s location is perfect, with many nearby attractions easily accessible. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, the room itself needs improvements; the AC filter had mold, and there was a strange smell coming from the rug. Additionally, while the breakfast hours were very short, 6:30-8:30; having a convenient diner next door was a great alternative.

Very clean and comfortable Pool was over chlorinated. Burned out eyes just being in the room. Had to have guest checkin redone our room keys 3xs

it was ok don't think ill stay again. they have a rule about quite time during 10pm to 630 am. so while playing music at the pool during non quite hrs one staff member harassed me about playing music at the pool. and I felt like the staff was lying and being a Karen. and i dont argue with ppl who dont have no teeth in their mouth. so I politely packed my kids up and went back to our room.
