La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Harrisburg-Hershey

The outside was in need of mowing and weeding. The hotel itself and clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

Very nice room and staff

My room needed some attention.. the drapes were not completely hung and the actual drapes (not the sheers) did not reach across the window. The sink did not have a stopper, the lotion bottle was empty and the TV did not receive all the channels listed. There was also no hairdryer in the room which was listed as being provided. On the good side, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very good and the employees were very friendly.

Favorite place to stay. The staff is kind, knowledge and always willing to help. Area is safe and close to my needs. Normally quite and peaceful. I will be very happy when the hotel is updated and given the TLC it needs to be a stellar facility.

The location was great. Close what we came to do. The room needed updating/repairs. Our door to the room would stick making it difficult to open and close.

Breakfast was all ok but room was musky smell Room was not clean and linens discolored and pillow cases looked dirty

The hotel was clean There wasn't a lot around to do or places to eat.

Ok, so this time I booked the exec room where oddly, the tv faces the work desk and can't be viewed from the bed or the couch! Breakfast fine, room size great. This a hotel dearly in need of updating which I was told is in the cards at some point.

Everything was good, it’s just a little older and has a lot of scraps of paint and peeling wallpaper. Also we weren’t the only ones with a problem with our keys working. But it was clean and comfortable.

It was ok, the night person was terrible with no personality at all and after driving over 12 hours that was not appreciated 😑

The property is under renovation.

This is a decent place, rooms are good size and clean. It is a bit dated and is sadly another LaQuinta where the hot tub and/or pool are out of order and of course not mentioned when you book

Way over priced for a dirty room and hallways. Exterior was well maintained.

Location The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Like had to pull with all my might to open or close it. Dirt in the corners. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was out of order

I didn’t like that the room smelled like mold and the sheets weren’t clean

The staff was very nice. The property is very worn and does not appear to be clean. The carpets are filthy, the floor and controls in the elevators were dirty. In our room the wallpaper had two long slices in it in two different area that were being held together with staples. The bathroom had mildew on the tub ledge where it met the tile and at the outside base where it met the wall. The paint and plaster were chipped off the walls as well. The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment.
