La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Harrisburg-Hershey

About what you'd expect. I stayed here in between 6 hour drives and it was fine for a night, I wouldn't have wanted to stay here for a whole trip though. A little pricey for what you got in my opinion but it served its purpose

Their was bed bugs and couldn't sleep whole night at 313 and for the second night I moved to 318. I need some compensation for 1 night

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Bathroom needs a remodel. The walls in the bathroom had mildew & mold. The pleather on the office chair was peeling off. I would not walk bare foot in the room.

Shower head was extremely rusted and dirty

Location was good close to hersey park and the diner had really good breakfast and fast service. The rooms said they would have coffee pots in the room and they didn't. Our shower was leaking all over our floor and we had a hard time opening and closing the bathroom door because the bottom was broken. Our room was very dusty and my friends room as well plus finger prints all over everything. My friends light in her bathroom was coming out the ceiling and flashing off and on and there was a foot print on her wall. The pool ended up having a dog in it even though your not allowed to bring pets in the pool area which made it hard for my friends and I to use it because they are allergic. The hot tub we only got to use one time because there were always people in the hot tub and when they wanted to use the pool they left there kids in there even tho it says don't leave them alone. The tables in the pool area were dirty and the chairs were broken and u could move the chairs. The breakfast wasn't really hot and had the same every morning they didn't change it and there wasn't to much a variety of what u could eat.

Sheets and bathroom were clean. No coffee in room. No glasses for water were in rooms.

Staff was great, room was clean, breakfast was good. The pool area and hot tub definitely some help.

Staff were great. Room was clean but carpet needs to be replaced. The property overall would be great if it had a complete paint job including pool area and sauna, correct small chips, fix sticky doors. Breakfast was adequate.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion were a plus. The curtains wouldn’t close. For someone who sleeps in a dark room the fact that the curtains wouldn’t cover the windows was a problem. Not to mention it thundered and lightened for hours that night and the room was lit up like day light the entire time. I realize the curtains were that way because of the AC/Heat unit, but the curtains needed to be tailored for that. They needed to have the ability to close over the window. The only other problem was the size of the pillows. They were the size of couch pillows. There were 5 on the bed, but 2 together would make a king sized pillow for a king sized bed. They were miniature. Comfortable, but miniature.

The rooms are just big. I am expecting a refund because there was a water outage in the whole hotel and they said they will issue a refund for that night and until now they have done nothing. The service there is so bad.
