Front desk woman kept smiling kept professional during a severe storm where everybody needed a room Entire staff overwhelmed but stayed professional-

What a great place! The staff was amazing, even when things got busy they were very professional. They made the trip even more enjoyable.

The next morning the breakfast was completely gone - there was baseball kids staying and they clearly cleaned house!!!

Got a good night’s sleep while on the road.

it was horrible. The room was disgusting. It was false advertisement. Customer service was horrible. The breakfast was horrible sheets was dirty. Pillows was dirty. Bathroom was dirty.

It was a good stay 7 out of 10

Room had a smell like feet Not the La Quinta I know Needs major renovations, carpet needs to be pulled up and changed, pool area need renovation New everything.

Very dirty! There were dead bugs behind the chairs in the lobby. As we were leaving we also noticed black mold in the bathroom under the sink.

Room was much too cold; A/C set at 61 degrees. What a waste of electricity!

There was no body wash, i went down stairs to let them know and the lady only gave me two super small dove body washes. It was 5 people that need to shower, horrible experience. There was also spot in sheets

Sink had mold in the back overflow drain, breakfast was extremely picked over both times we tried to get something, the beds SUCKED, and the staff was rude.

The entire property (Except lobby) was run down. Free b’fast hot offering was cold, not enough luggage carts, phone in room did not work, outlet on lamp did not work, plugs in tub and sink were either broken or nonexistent, pool was extremely poor and not kept up-to-date. Pool towels were raveling they were so old. Staff did not speak English. Lastly, I left something in the room went back to retrieve and personally witness staff making beds with same linens my family slept in!!! Would I recommend… a resounding NO!!’

It was very loud after 11pm. Slamming doors. People jigging the door handle, dogs barking. Bed smelled of urine and bathroom appeared to have mold on the wall by shower. Front desk not friendly at check in. Would have spent more somewhere else for a more comfortable stay.

The room itself was spacious, however not very well maintained. They mix matched furniture and patched paint and hold where they could. It just didn't give "clean" feeling that I am used to in most hotels. The bathroom vent also did not work. Breakfast was a disaster. Morning one, we barely found a spot and morning number two it was so overcrowded we actually had to go and buy breakfast elsewhere because there were no seats to be had. They definitely need more seating. There was no real silverware either, only paper plates and the cheapest, flimsiest forks, knives and spoons I have her seen. The pool was nice to use, but they had all of the windows open onto the street so anyone could walk directly in. The only really plus of this was that it wasn't that far from Hershey and the diner right next door was very good. Will not be booking here again next time.

First and foremost I have been to Quinta hotels in other states and this Quinta hotel has been the worst stay for my family and I . First the front entrance is dirty you walk in and you have to wait to be greeted you’re given a key and goodbye go to your room! No explanation on the amenities , wifi, etc etc what professional hotels do! To my surprise they only have 1 elevator for customers and for housekeeping ! You have to get in with bins of garbage or linen if a worker is waiting for the elevator! The rooms could get an upgrade small tv, cleanliness was not up to par , the hallways rugs were filthy not to mention the stairs geez the rugs on them looked like they weren’t cleaned in years ! Elevator got stuck because kids were jumping on it , very noisy hotel kids running around the halls etc etc not enough travel selection if you forgot something and need to purchase . The audacity to charge 30.00 for a 1:00pm check in , have been to better well known hotels and they don’t charge ! Pillows felt like they were purchased at 5 below , nothing on the bed was hotel standard very uncomfortable. Overall I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with my stay here . I was embarrassed having my family stay here we had 2 rooms for our stay and I feel I should get compensated for the dissatisfaction. The hotel needs better friendly staff, better housekeeping and cleanliness . I felt so disgusted didn’t want to have there breakfast instead went out and bought breakfast ! 0 stars

The staff was very kind, the breakfast was great. The room area and lobby were clean and well maintained. The bathroom in our room had moldy shower curtains, empty soap containers, the wall was falling apart from being wet. The pool was terrible. Paint was literally falling off the walls, the pool was not heated and the amount of chlorine in the water was so excessive that my eyes burned just from sitting in the room
