Breakfast was very basic. One toaster crammed in the corner. Display of breads/muffins/ fruit makes it difficult to grab items, resulting in people using fingers or worse.

Room was very small but sufficient. Stains on carpet and furniture were disappointing in a new hotel. Breakfast was lower quality than comparable chains. Overall, okay stay but there are better options in the area.

The eggs and turkey sausage were unexpected and quite delicious. As I told the front desk, the air conditioner was very noisy in my room, and I had to shut it off during the middle of the night because it was too noisy

Staff were friendly, room was clean, neat and tidy, the bed was comfortable.

Poorly constructed. You can hear every step, conversation, and noise from beside, the hallway, and above. It was horrible. Room had a daily ant infestation. Black mold on the ceilings. The pool was closed everyday for the week. Only half of the available t.v. channels work. Would not stay again.

First time stay here and it was great. Front desk staff was friendly, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Hot water was on point, which is always a struggle at a lot of hotels. Loved they offer free charging for electric cars. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Hershey

Room was clean the bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows but very sparse Decor in the room so you have to like that style. Lights were very bright no way to dim them. People were smoking pot in the room next to us and the smell went through the walls very strong. You could hear them talking. So construction quality does not seem great when husband was walking to the bathroom it was almost like he was shaking the whole room. Breakfast was adequate nothing special.

Clean room, pleasant staff. There is no carpeting in the rooms so it echoed like crazy and it was hard to be quiet. The breakfast had good variety but wasn’t great quality.

The only issue I had was lack of hot water for a morning shower.
