The room was fine, but spartan. The desk was way too small to be useful and is right beside the TV hanging on the wall, so you can't really watch and sit. The room and bathroom were very clean and I liked that there were dispensers for the shower instead of little bottles. It was louder than expected. I could hear everything in the hall and the dog barking somewhere in the hotel. I think if you are using it as a place to crash for Hersheypark, it would be great, but if you are there for a few days and will be staying in your room, not so much.

The only thing I wanted for here was a microwave in my room. There was one I could have used in the lobby was just feeling lazy.

clean, great staff and good breakfast(bacon bits eggs and turkey with potato bits and the others are bagels with cream cheese, englisg muffins, hot oatmeal, muffins, fruits, and cereal.. coffee all day was a plus! i would recommend and stay again. area is close to tanger outlet, groceries and hershey park.

The room was not the cleanest and for it being a new hotel it was in pretty poor shape (some outlets didn’t work, found ants in the bathroom, stains already on the walls and bench in our room). The breakfast wasn’t bad, it’s you’re typical hotel breakfast. For a quick and cheap stay I guess it’s okay.

We picked this last minute and instantly we were impressed with this hotel. The pool was inviting! The kids really enjoyed themselves. They had a 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was a nice spread. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. The showers were big and the water was hot. For the price we paid this was definitely a hit! We will definitely be back and booking with them again!

Issues at check in but seemed like was a new staff member. But then room AC not working called desk and a rep responded to room and managed to get it working again but did not set the settings correctly and ended up falling asleep and waking up to a very stuffy and uncomfortable room. Realized the problem and reset it myself. The last evening of my stay returned from a day out to a TV that was not working properly. Called down to the desk and the gal said “oh okay I will look into that”. AND NEVER CAME TO ROOM OR WVEN BOTHERED CALLING BACK!!!! Their breakfast services are a joke and so cheap. For what you pay to stay at these places you’d think they would not cheat their patrons. This is a recently opened property and more so you’d think they’d be on top of their game to gain a reputation and return customers. I travel to the area almost monthly and I shall NEVER frequent this establishment again and I shall tell my friends and colleagues to avoid it just the same!! (And on a side note when I checked out they didn’t even ask how my stay was!!)

On a positive note, this is the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on! The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room was very clean! I will choose this hotel again when I come to visit my parents!

They control ac from front desk…so during the night the turn it off. I becomes very warm and you can not turn it on . Only fan! I’ve stayed here 5 times and it’s always the same ….

This was only open for 9 months and I saw so many issues. Overall the room was nice but most of the amenities were broken or on the verge of being broken. Staff was not kind or helpful

This is a generic hotel room nothing extravagant but sufficient. Room was snug, clean and utilized all the space. Bed is comfy. no hot water for a shower it was luke warm
