The pool area was overly heated, and the water was a little too cool. the hot tub was not at all inviting, and looked like it needed a vigorous cleaning. The floors throughout the hotel were very dirty, and if we went around barefoot we knew we would have to scrub our feet before getting into bed because they were so black! The air conditioning is old and noisy, and we wondered when they might have been cleaned last. We rented two rooms for the week, and we all developed respiratory issues by the end of the week. There seemed to be very little air flow throughout the corridors. We used the hotel guests dryer, and I had to clean the dryer filter and wash out the interior of the dryer before using it because it was so gritty and dirty. The staff was pleasant enough, but the front desk people didn't seem to know the area when we asked about local restaurant possibilities. There were no restaurant menus in the lobby to help with this decision, either. The refrigerator in our room was inadequate. There were no braces on the door, so nothing could be stored there. I’m not looking for a place to spend the rest of my life when traveling. This is an excellent budget hotel for families. Clean, comfortable accommodation, in a safe neighborhood, excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to Hershey Park and Harrisburg.

Great location to visit Hershey Park for distance and pool amenities. Clean and comfortable. Pillows were not fluffy, but not a deal breaker. Near Sheetz which is always helpful for last minute needs. Would stay again.

Everything was amazing, minus the pool. Not very clean and the smell of chlorine was suffocating. I usually really enjoy the smell, but there was almost no air in the pool area.

Looks like a “ Motel 6” more than a Raddison. Very clean room but other than that it gave a cheap feel. The breakfast was always out of basic ingredients like coffe: they don’t even have a bagel for starters. Please, read the reviews carefully as I feel most of them were fake Bor created.

ONLY GETTING HOUSEKEEPING EVERY 3RD DAY IS A VERY DISTURBING POLICY. WE EVEN ASKED FOR HOUSEKEEPING FOR EVERY DAY BUT WE WERE DENIED. I HOPE THIS IS NOT A UNIVERSALLY ACCEPTED POLICY FOR HOTELS NATIONWIDE. ON A CRUISE SHIP MANY CRUISE LINES CLEAN THE ROOM TWICE A DAY BUT EVERY CRUISE LINE CLEANS THE ROOM AT LEAST ONE TIME A DAY. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS GREAT BUT LIMITED SEATING MADE IT FEEL LIKE WE HAS TO RUSH BREAKFAST TO LET OTHERS ENJOY BEING SEATED WHILE EATING. NO ONE OFFERED TO TRANSPORT OUR BAGS TO OUR ROOM OR CONTACT US PERSONALLY TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE WE NEEDED TO BE COMFORTABLE! WE WILL PROBABLY NOT USE THIS HOTEL CHAIN AGAIN!!!

Breakfast was a little crowded but the woman running it was working alone which was a lot for her but she survived and was pleasant

The staff were rude whenever you asked for anything. The pool and hot tub area was nice and always had towels. The breakfast was very basic and they only put out sausage every other day.

We stayed in a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen. The lock plate was missing, so we could not lock the door. The room was clean, but we discovered ants in the room. Further, the smoke detector was flashing red light through the night. We have stayed there before and had a good experience. This time it was not that great.

Staff were good but I didn’t like it overall. The perfume smell was so strong I didn’t like that the floor wasn’t covered with carpet feel like I am in a bathroom. Second day we had a lot of small flies in the bathroom don’t know where they came from!
