I was grateful to have a hot tub in my room but the room had lots of scuffs and scratches and some broken tiles. The hotel is a straight easy drive to the Hershey theme park and the staff was nice. So overall it was a good experience. But the room needed some renovations.

This wasnt a good experience. Their AC wasnt working for whole night, me and my family couldn't sleep. Our next day plan were ruined because of this disturbance in schedule. Won't suggest this hotel anyone.

The lobby and breakfast area was so hot. Air conditioning wasn't working high enough, and staff said that is where they keep the temperature. Very uncomfortable.

Great deal on hotel stay for 3 nights. Great value and the room was pretty nice. Free hot breakfast food. Staff was constantly cleaning up and refilling! Great stay for our Hershey Park trip.

Fitness center was sufficient. I was hoping to use the pool but found it to be rather small. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Location is a few short steps away from Sheetz which was super convenient. There are a couple of tables outside in front which was nice. My biggest complaint was the early check in fee. We arrived at 2:00 pm and check in was at 4:00 on a Thursday. They charged a $25+!tax fee to get in early. I’m sorry, but if you’re paying $700 for two nights somewhere, an early check-in should be a courtesy. This is Hershey/Harrisburg not NYC.

The hotel was clean and staff were kind and welcoming. Breakfast had a variety of options. The pool especially hot tub could use some cleaning and love.

We have stayed here during our annual Hersheypark trips for several years, but we have been a little disappointed with our stays over the past two years. Both times, we left feeling exhausted due to interrupted sleep throughout the night from slamming doors, loud adults and children in the hallways, and barking dogs, as well as the poor quality of the beds. The breakfast was okay, and we found the employees to be consistently friendly. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained.
