Room was filthy staff horrible never stay here

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND STAYING HERE. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. We stayed here for six days and the stay was , " HORRENDOUS". PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Worst hotel experience. Puddles of water m, moldy smell, broken washroom door that was infringing privacy and AC was broken. The fro t staff didn’t care about any of our concerns. Expedia was very unhelpful. Overall worst experience I’ve had.

The hotel isn’t what it’s advertised as there is no pool, there’s no microwave or fridge in the room. The continental breakfast was cereal and waffles but by the time you get through everything is gone. When I mentioned the floors and the shower being dirty I was told I was wrong. The bed is covered in plastic and the plastic is hot the sheets don’t stay on you get a thin blanket and a flat sheet that’s it. Asking staff for anything is moot cause they barely speak English and if they talk to you they have an attitude. I spoke to staff at Expedia and they called the property the staff member came to my room and said we were smoking in the room and threatened to keep my deposit. There were no towels in the room as I asked for some he gave me 2 I said there are 4 ppl in my room. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you need something cheap and quick you get what you pay for and less.

if you just want to go to sleep the hotel is fine. HOWEVER, we stayed for a few days and had to recycle the same towels because they didn't have any extra. The TV cable was unplugged and also needed to be on a specific channel to work, everytime you turned it on. Some amenities that were supposed to be in the room were not, the shower water seemed to be on a timer so we had to shower together and quickly for fear of having no water. The walls are extremely thin. I could here the people outside my door talking and it seems like there was a party going on in the parking lot on the weekend.

I’ve stayed at Comfort Inn’s across the country and I was very disappointed in this particular one. It does not reflect well of the others. Got it for a great rate at the cost of my disappointment. No microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board, ice bucket and no bedding comforter.

Terrible service, the desk staff treats the towels and tissue like they’re running out. If you ask for a towel they will say they gave you one, even though they don’t clean or come replace them daily. I should be able to get a new towel everyday if I asked I’m a paying customer. No refrigerator or microwave, they will tell you the tv works on hdmi 2 but it was actually 3 and I had to figure it out in my own, they wouldn’t come and see. There was a group of older women downstairs complaining during check out that their tv didn’t work either. The ice machine didn’t work either, would stay here ever again!

Nothing was too exclusive Room didn’t have a remote, stayed for two days they didn’t come to clean the room, not many breakfast options, ice machine was down, vending machine took my money, also I booked through here and picked pay when I get to the property and they still proceeded to try and charge my card before I got there twice for different amounts

The room didn’t have towels and when my spouse went to get some from the desk they informed us that the entire hotel did not have them, also the shower did not get hot AT ALL!! No towels, no hot water .

Good room

I did not enjoy my stay at all it was very low class. There was a balled up sheet behind the chair in my room , there was left over bars of soap from previous guest inside the ice bucket , the ac unit was leaking they came and fixed it and it started leaking again ,they had no rags had to beg for them and there was also a left towl from previous guest soap stains in the shower . And when I asked for another room he said yes and that room was dirty to so we ended up not switch I will never stay there ever again other guest there was also having a lot of problems to. DO NOT STAY HERE RUNNNNNNN .RED FLAG RED FLAG !

There weren't enough towels in the room to shower with no one came to clean the room or take out the trash always had to find some 1 or bring down stairs... No towels were available from the desk bought towels on vacation to bath is crazy.. not a single ice machine work in the building no

They canceled our room before we could ever check in. No notification no nothing. We were three hours from home and everywhere around there was booked. A refund is supposed to be in process. The guy at the front desk was a smart ass and condescending about the whole thing.

Whole hotel smelt like weed and I had to leave. I have not been yet received my money back. My allergies were flared bad and my asthma was triggered.

N/A Staff was rude. My room was not clean. Mattress still had plastic on it and made noises with every move.

There was nothing to like the front desk receptionist wouldn't answer questions. his attitude was atrocious he acted as if the customers was bothering him. If cant stay professional when providing service he shouldn't be there.
