Property and room was clean but didn’t have any small towels, shower curtain or microwave

I got there and even though I had confirmation they said there was no reservation and they were full

The first room we got looked as if someone had just left it. The sheets were pulled back there were eyelashes in the bed and no tissue or towels. The second room we waited 2 hours for our tv to get looked at after multiple trips down stairs someone finally came to our room and fixed it . He was not the front desk people he was a maintenance man. Would not recommend.

I was little disappointed at my stay.

When I first got there I was given the wrong room. The TV wasn't working and there was no toilet paper. Then after threatening to have my bank take the money back I got transferred to another room which didn't have any toilet paper or towels. The site didn't serve breakfast which was part of these services that were paid for. The manager on staff was extremely rude and when me and my work partner were asking about having the pull out couch bed which was paid for said old the big you can sleep in it together. And the overall experience with this specific Hotel was the worst that I've dealt with and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels for work over the years.

You cancelled my reservation without notifying me. I spent 3 hours searching for a hotel and had to drive 2 hours to get to one🤬

It was a decent stay. Staff was ok The advertisement said that breakfast was included. There was no breakfast at all.

The initial room given had not been cleaned since previous guests left. The front desk person did issue a new room that was clean. Overall the room was clean. However the mattress had a huge dip in the bed and AC leaked water everywhere. The stairwells had not been vacuumed in days it appeared. I didn't use amnenities and the rates were hiked due to power outages in the area and overflow of demand vs supply.

I was told I had booked in hooker town ( by a local) and my 17 yer old was a bit disappointed that he didn't see any corner floosies. The property was clean, rooms clean, front desk was great however No one told me that I needed to ask for hair dryers, irons, or that the in room phone did not work. T.v wouldn't turn off unless unplugged, lol. breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, toast. Cereal. Yogurt. Would of liked to see fruit, over all a good stay. But don't book if your looking for hookers.

Location Service and smell on elavator

Air conditioner was broken, TV broken, bathroom door broken, horrible smell and dead cockroach on the wall. Staff was very unfriendly. We walked into our room and walked out and asked for a refund and they refused and said I needed to contact an email they gave me. Still no response from email. Not only did I ask for I refund but two others asked along with a couple checking in got denied because staff said they where fully booked.

Good breakfast selection. Wifi didn't work. Room key stopped working for a period of time. Room was missing an ice bucket.

I was also awakened in the middle of the night to guest fighting in the hall and someone getting escorted off premises. I couldn't get back to sleep. When I asked to be moved to another room I was told I could move the next day. They oversold and didn't have any other rooms available. The next day I moved out before checkout and let the front desk know I was ready to move at the earliest available room. I was not moved as they told me their housekeeper called off and they didn't behave any clean rooms. I saw a housekeeper rolling her cart down the hallway so I'm not sure why rooms were not cleaned and I could not move. Then they denied me compensation stating I accepted the room as is! I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life! I travel often for work and leisure and mostly stay in Hilton or Marriott properties, but this instance I booked at Country Inn and suites as I had to clear my brother's apartment after he passed and I needed to be close to his apartment. After going through losing my brother this experience definitely didn't help ease the pain or provide comfort after grueling and emotional days If I could give this hotel a -10 I would.
