Travelodge by Wyndham Chicago - South Holland

The shower was dirty and outdated. It was so humid and musty in the room. The AC would not go below 72° so it was muggy in the room uncomfortable to sleep and I didn’t like the smell so I made it hard to sleep and I also have asthma so I would never sleep there again. This is a poor place to have such a nice casino right across the street. They should update this place and I don’t like that. They changed the prices of the rooms every night horrible service -5 is my rating.

The room was fine. It wasn’t a 10 experience but it also wasn’t a 1 neither. The area was quiet didn’t see a lot of activity outside of normal businesses. The internet was horrible, I had to use my hotspot. Glad I wasn’t there on business. TV wasn’t working properly, fuzzy channels and broken remote.

There were flies and gnats in the sink, there was dirt in the corners of the room, all the plugs-ins were falling out of the outlets in the walls, and it had a horrible smell when we got there. We felt too grossed out to use the bathroom let alone sleep under the covers on the beds. We also noticed one of the locks on the door was broken. The staff seemed nice. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone else unless they were in a really tight spot.

My room didn’t have a fridge or microwave had to walk to the lobby to warm up my food. Remote was broken. Requested to switch rooms i was denied. Lights in the room didn’t work. My towels had stains in them

Everything was terrible internet kept going out smell like smoke tub was brown knob was broken wouldn’t ever tell anyone about staying @ this supposed be hotel, the other side it’s a another hotel people hanging out looking @ you didn’t feel safe @ all😩😩😩😮

This motel has cockroach, blood stains on pillow, dirty marks on sheet, no light bulb... horrible

This establishment does not offer breakfast. Upon arrival the host had a devious grin i ignored arriving 9 hours after reserved check in( i looked passed the initial red flag. Apparently women traveling alone from another state are strategically allocated to rooms like (117_ 1st floor outdoor access) .This room had a secret access door and After unloading my luggage I had 15 mins per change room policies" After complaining , a male host provide a different room which was surrounded by several individuals socializing in the parking lot near the room's entry way. Also, a 18wheel truck barricaded the parking area increasing the risk of guest safety. Lastly , im not happy with service or staff . Late check in , bad experince and staff repeated a early check out of 10:30 am instead of 11 would be best . STAFF sent housekeeping to knock three times before 10:00AM when i voluntarily checked out . The entire experience .
