Unsafe environment , and unprofessional employees.

People was very nice and helpful hotel is very clean and close for everting

Linens were not clean, no hair dryer in the room, no coffee machine and no water bottles in the room…for what we were charged you can book much better place with nice amenities. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I would stay there again and recommend others to stay as well

Hotel was the dirty asf it’s hard to believe people stay here willingly room was disgusted not to mention check in was at 3 we didn’t get the room til 4:30 because they claimed they housekeeper was out sick then they said there was no tv in the room dog hair everywhere when we finally got the room you wouldn’t want to touch the walls with your hand toilet was very much burned and nasty definitely bring shower shoes I mean it was so bad I’m about to dispute the charges

Location My bathroom shower was broken and the tub stopped up. I asked for a different room and I was told it would be fixed. It wasn't fixed.

It was clean overall the service desk representative are rude as ever but it’s more better than it used to be in 2018 so good for them

Stayed 5 nights. Only 2 nights I was able to sleep through the night. Night 1, woman yelling in hallway and her kids were running and screaming at 2:30am. Night 2, neighbors and kids were in the hallway talking loud and digging through bags with Styrofoam boxes in them. Night 4, neighbor was in and out of their room ALL NIGHT, they had the latch flipped to prop door open and the door shut hard causing it to bounce off the latch eache time they came in and out. The also had their music on phone at full volume. Back door did not lock, so they put a latch and pad lock on the door, which to me is a huge fire hazard. Hallways smelled of weed and cigarettes, despite being a smoke free building. Staff was nice. First room assigned was still being cleaned. Second room assigned was decent.

Nothing It was dirty I was bothered by staff saying I only paid for one night that I was gone have to check out the tv was broken the tub was dirty the lock was broken on the door it was just a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience

Nothing front desk was very rude The customer service is terrible

I booked the Deluxe Queen Room for two nights and when I checked in and viewed the room I saw roaches and the shower wasn’t working. I told the front desk and was told I couldn’t get any type of refund and that all they could do was give me a $10 discount if I come again.. as if I even would… They did end up switching my room but even still I spent $174 on that Deluxe room just to have to downgrade and still pay that price. DON’T BOOK HERE!
