I have nothing good to say about this property it was not at all like the reviews their was hair in the tub hair on the sheets the lamps shades had tears in them the furniture had damage the bed was a queen not a king the curtains were nasty breakfast was awful spoiled milk when it rains the areas around you floods and places have no water or power the toliet was loose as well although maintenance did get thsr fixed but stole a bottle of my husbands cologne

The room was utterly despicable, and the only staff member who tried to help me was off the clock. I didn't even stay for breakfast, let alone five minutes. The second I walked into the room, I was appalled. I immediately took pictures, and left for the better hotel across the street. There were smushed dead bugs and dirty handprints on the walls, and handprints all over the mirrors. The floor was sticky and covered in hair. The beds were dirty and had hair in them. The lamps, curtains, and linens were torn, and the lights barely worked. When I called the front desk to tell them about the issues, he tried to tell me the room was already cleaned. When I told him it obviously wasn't, he told me it was??? I am still waiting on my refund. Do not stay here if you have any ounce of respect for yourself and your hygiene. I can't imagine what some of the poor souls who can't see very well have caught from this place.

The Jacuzzi room we stayed in, had black mold, and the floors were slimy The next night it took more than one call to get anybody to get the whole floor quiet down at 1:30 in the morning so we could actually rest for our long day which was very inconvenient. The food was burnt every day The bed creaked so bad it was like I was sleeping on something from 1955. The guy on duty at night was very rude

Nothing The day manager was rude and should never work with customers. My tv didn’t work, lights burned out in room, towel racks falling off the wall, hair dryer didn’t work.

Everything. Not one thing I looked at was clean. That may sound over board, but literally. Paint peeling, anything that was supposed to be white was dirt color. Garbage in breakfast food room covered in sauces, food, sticky and built up. EVERY chair MORE than 60% covered in dark gray stains, broken toilet, broken handle entering the room, literally hanging and only worked pulling it up. Gross smears on anything glass everywhere you looked. I slept in my clothes with socks on. We would have left but it was 3am when we got there and no where else to go. Worst, by far, dirty place that I've ever seen!! Not enough room to tell everything. DON'T STAY HERE! HORRIFYING, honestly.

Reasonable price and good parking even for U-Haul truck

The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the staff was really nice and professional No complaints

Front desk clerk was very courteous. My room was kind of stuffy. Needed to smell more fresh.

The member that arrived on Thursday stated that we can not here. It is not safe ,there people loiting alcohol, drugs and the room door do not lock . They moved furniture in front of the door! We canceled our reservation immediately! Environment

I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. I had to wear crocs in there. The baseboards were filthy. There were streaks of varying colors on the walls. It had a heavy, sour/sweet weird smoky smell. We asked if we could move rooms but we couldn’t until the next day. I will say the towels were clean and plentiful. The female staff were friendly and helpful. The security guard was also very kind. But the place was filthy.

Staff were nice Very dirty and establishment as a whole was below average. Doors didn’t shut all the way. Checked out after 1 night and moved to a different hotel.

The place is clean overall but around this time they say ants invade which they was bad in my room but I bought raid and haven't seen many after spraying but they don't have any accomodations for guest in that case. I hate bugs

Guests above too noisy pounding etc. The washers need to be up to date! Payment card friendly.

Location was convenient for my trip. Check in and out process was pleasant and easy. Staff was friendly. Trash was outside in parking lot and in front of building, entrance to lobby. When we stepped of elevator going to room the smell of smoke was very strong. While staying at property, the Shampoo bottle attached to wall fell off while I was in shower hitting and bruising my foot. Very disappointing and painful.
