The smell was terrible. I had to go to the front desk twice to report the issue. There were obvious trace of leaks on the ceiling I am wondering why they do not fix it . It was right there on the breakfast area. There TV cable is funny. Each time my husband wanted to watch a soccer World Cup match he had to get the people from the front desk to put it back on.

Room very run down, damaged furniture. Asked for housekeeping , then they never came. Asked front desk again, again no housekeeping. Very poor experience.

Very polite staff. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts we have had and the rooms were clean and felt fresh. I would stay here again.

Stay was fine. Staff was great, breakfast was good ....but I was not happy with the bed style. They were not very sturdy.

Bathroom was very dark as the light was burnt out and only the mirror light worked. Things mostly clean. Location was good for what we needed. Breakfast was well maintained.

The pictures and reviews and listing on expedia did not meet my expectations of this hotel. I wonder if the pictures have been touched up by AI? The pool and hot tub were both shut down. The hallways and common areas were very visibly dirty and smelled. E-xpedia will not allow me to write our full experience on this platform. Read between the lines if you can. Our beds were clean. Parts of the bathroom had been cleaned but not vertical surfaces. Breakfast was not as substantial as other Best Western hotels.

Bad customer service

The room was very basic. The beds and sheets were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were present. The closet has no doors (lol). Sounds from outside can be disturbing. Lobby smell like air fresheners instead of smelling clean.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
