La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham South Holland

Room was clean. Everything was intact. Shower ran clean & hot. Everything I needed was provided. Minor wear/tear, but no real complaints/issues.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, it was very warm for July. When checking in, the hotel staff did not tell me that maid service was not available on weekends unless you request it - they put you name on a list. So, I had to request clean towels on the 3rd day. On the 4th day I asked the maids to clean my room, but they would not because my name was not put on the list of rooms to be cleaned. The room was not the cleanest to being with. There was a handprint on the headboard of the bed. There was a device that I discovered was a clock only after going down to the desk on the last day, Sunday, inquiring about maid service. When I can back to my room it was lit up and I could see the time, prior to that I had no idea it was a clock, very strange. I do not recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about the hotel!!

Absolutely nothing at all, if there was a zero i would put zero for rating or even a negative!!!! First the location, the lobby was so hot, that I wasn't able to pay for my room without keep wiping sweat from my face all the way to my room. Second, there was literally pubes all on the door of the bathroom just hanging on, and then we decided we wasn't going to shower for the reason of blood stains from a hand wiped on the shower walls, pee stains on the sheets, over all I would've stayed in the car if I didnt feel like I was going to get broke into while park out in the parking lot, sketchy may I say!! One of the worst one I have ever stayed at!!!!

I did not like the management talked to people They came across as rude and caring

Stayed here a few times always great! Only down is the pool and gym are never open

When it was time to check out the morning desk lady was rude.

Location of this hotel is perfect to be at if you want to be close to the casino without paying the rates to stay at the casino. Size of the room, price of the daily rate, and location is a 10 out of 10 for me....

The location is convenient Some off the rooms smell off smoke they only have a ice machine on the first floor

As soon as we entered our room, it smelled very musty/almost moldy and the carpets were not vacuumed and dirty. My partner was sick so we booked a hotel for the night so she could feel better, but we woke up in morning feeling like we should have asked to switch rooms at least
